Dreamlike 'Villa Seelisberg'
In the heart of Central Switzerland and in the immediate vicinity of the "cradle of Switzerland", the Rütli, lies Seelisberg with its approx. 700 inhabitants.
Thanks to the incomparably beautiful landscape at an altitude of 800 metres above sea level, Seelisberg is also known as the sun terrace above Lake Lucerne. It is truly paradisiacal, nestled between flower meadows and marvellous mountains and forests.
Every season has its own individual charms.
The enchanting distant view of the lake and the marvellous mountain world will also make your heart beat faster.
Our villa is situated directly above Lake Lucerne with a unique panoramic view of the lake and the mountains (Pilatus and Rigi)
"Balm for the soul"
The villa (155 m2) is attractively furnished. The kitchen and bathroom are equipped to a very high standard.
The large sun terrace (45 m2, south-west facing) invites you to relax with its marvellous lake view, especially in the evening hours.
And:
A large jacuzzi/whirlpool with counter-current system is a dream for swimming and bathing. Relax in the warm bath and enjoy the distant view of the lake and the impressive mountains in the panorama (Pilatus, Bürgenstock and the Rigi).
An experience at any time of day.
A small biotope (pond and flowering meadow) borders directly on the terrace.
As the house is at the end of a private road, it is extremely quiet.
The house and the location are particularly child-friendly.
The house has two bedrooms, each with a double bed. In addition, two more people can sleep on the new large sofa bed on the gallery.
In total there are 6 comfortable beds.

Two car parking spaces are available directly at the house.
Included in the total price are the cleaning costs and the daily guest tax/tourist tax.
The immediate and wider surroundings offer many opportunities for an active or relaxing holiday. Hiking, climbing, excursions to Lucerne and Altdorf, for example. Excursions on the unique steamboats across the beautiful Lake Lucerne will make your holiday a pleasure.
The funicular railway takes you down to the shores of Lake Lucerne from Treib. The Treib-Seelisberg funicular railway is the oldest funicular railway in Switzerland, but is lovingly maintained and cared for. There are other mountain railways/cableways in the surrounding area.
The alpine pastures and mountains are a paradise for hikers.
There are numerous restaurants and shopping facilities in the village and the surrounding area.
