The area of the "Grand Resort" is more than 10 hectares, of which 3.5 hectares are delightful with greenery and a variety of plant species, three hectares are sports areas, swimming pools and playgrounds for children!.The apartment is located between the resorts of Sveti Vlas and Elenite. Surrounded by forest, the resort offers a unique combination of sea and fresh mountain air, and magnificent views from the apartments to the sea and mountains. Nearby pine forest will allow you to combine relaxation with recreation.
Studio comfortable kitchen fully equipped with all appliances and equipment needed for cooking and serving meals also there is a family table for 4 people. There is cable TV for the evenings and, hot summer nights will cool individual air conditioning. The apartment has a large refrigerator and a washing machine.
On the balcony there is garden furniture. The area where the apartment is located is fenced and therefore perfect for families with children.
It is possible to order mobile wi-fi devices for the duration of your stay. Additional laundry and cleaning for an extra charge. We also have extra beds and cribs available.
The distance to the beach is 400m. The shopping center and restaurants are about 600m away. The complex has facilities that will delight you with diversity! The complex has restaurants, more than 10 swimming pools with separate children's areas, children's playgrounds, outdoor gyms, grocery stores and stores for beach accessories, souvenirs and clothing. There are also two tennis courts, outdoor minigolf, table tennis, a spa center, a children's entertainment center, a medical center, and a currency exchange facility.
