The area of the "Grand Resort" is more than 10 hectares, of which 3.5 hectares are delightful with greenery and a variety of plant species, three hectares are sports areas, swimming pools and children's playgrounds! The availability of bus services ensures fast and convenient movement from the "Grand Resort" to the surrounding resorts: to Elenite - 2 minutes; to St. Vlas - 3 minutes, to the centre of Sunny Beach - 10 minutes.
Both the bedroom and living room have individually controlled air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a large fridge, hob and oven. There is a dining table with chairs next to the kitchen. There is also a wardrobe and chest of drawers and the bathroom has a shower.
It is rare to find a place with such a panoramic view of the sea. The balcony is wide and you can access it separately from each room. There is also balcony furniture.
It is possible to order mobile wi-fi devices for the duration of your stay.Additional laundry and cleaning for an extra charge.We also have extra beds and cots available.
