The property is fully fenced with automatic driveway gate. There is a car parking space on the enclosed property. Other vehicles can be parked in front of the house.

A one-time fee of 35⏠will be charged for each pet for cleaning (please check availability). Pets up to 10 kg. Dangerous breed dogs are not allowed.
Electricity consumption is included in the price (20KW/day). If there is extra energy consumption, it will be paid at 0,45âŹ/KW.
A credit card deposit of ⏠600.00 is payable on arrival and will be returned one week later by credit card or bank transfer.
