David is situated in a lovely, quiet location about 25 metres from the condominium road, where there is a reserved parking space, and to reach it you go down about 40 steps.
The Trilocale David has a living room with kitchenette and dining area.
There are two bedrooms: one room with a double bed and one room with two single beds. The bathroom has a shower.
Outside it has a splendid terrace from which you can enjoy the view of the sea set between the pink granite rocks and the wild vegetation.
The house is reached by descending a flight of about 40 steps.
The dwelling is located in the Costa Paradiso Complex, which has two shopping centres with excellent restaurant services, a supermarket, bar, newsagent tobacconist, pharmacy, medical guard and shops.
There is a sports centre for football, tennis and various sports enthusiasts; night-time entertainment takes place in the characteristic Jolly Disco Bar, which guarantees a summer of live music with entertainment, piano bar and disco. Scuba diving enthusiasts will find the Diving Centre, where they organise diving courses with international patents; guided dives, night dives, video diving, and the rental and hauling of dinghies or small boats.
Costa Paradiso, located 35 km from Santa Teresa di Gallura and Castelsardo, stretches over a vast territory of about 800 hectares, much of it a nature park.
