Its secluded, heated villa and pool (heatable upon request and for an extra fee) is surrounded by manicured gardens and a covered terrace with a fully equipped outdoor bar and kitchen with gas grills and barbecue. The entire property has elegant palm trees with a Mediterranean charm - completely private and secure.



You can enjoy the best biking and hiking trails, winery visits, golf, spas, beaches and much more. In the summer, you are only 10-15 minutes from the best restaurants and beaches on the north coast. In the cooler months, enjoy the biking trails directly from the house. Then put your bike back in the garage, relax by the pool before drinks and grilling in the outdoor kitchen, and then unwind indoors around the fireplace. Need a day off at the beach? You can enjoy an unforgettable experience just a few kilometers away by visiting the Campanet Caves. Depending on the time of the year, you can visit the unique natural phenomenon in the Balearic Islands "Ses Fonts Ufanes". Less than 10 minutes from Sa Pobla and Pollença, with supermarkets, incredible restaurants and all kinds of stores.

- The maximum number of people using the accommodation at any one time must not exceed 12 people and only those listed on the booking form may occupy the property.



- Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the house, it is only allowed outdoors.
