Det 18th århundrades herrgård, som också var en gammal nunnery och hantverkare, har totalrenoverats och bevarat arkitekturen och materialets karakteristika för den period där den byggdes.
Står ut för sin rymliga entré öppen till vardagsrummet och dess terrass med pool och grill, samt för ett spel av ljus och utrymmen av sten och sandsten. Köket är fullt utrustat, öppet för poolen. De sex sovrummen, varav tre har eget badrum, är alla öppna på utsidan, med naturlig belysning, plattskärms-satellit-TV och luftkonditionering. Det har också en mysig vinbar, i ett vardagsrum med balkong med utsikt över terrassen. Det har också en privat parkeringsplats och ett slutet cykelrum, utrustad för dem som vill pedalera och göra utflykter till hjärtat av Sierra de Tramuntana eller de idylliska stränderna i Cala San Vicente och Formentor. Utrymme för cyklar, kartor och rutter, cykeluthyrning på Mallorca. Perfekt för grupper som vill träna för triathlon, eftersom det finns ett spår och en allmän pool tusen meter från fastigheten, så det kan användas som träningsplats.

A paradise with everything you need to relax and have fun 😊

We stayed here for a week and couldn't be happier with our choice… the house has everything you need to enjoy a luxury holiday. The pool is perfect for relaxing and the barbecue allowed us to enjoy alfresco dining.

Perfect stay

The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, especially the three en suite bathrooms... the wine cellar in the living room gave us a cosy touch to relax in the evening. Highly recommended! Thank you Home Villas 360 :)

We were a group of friends staying at Pep’s place for four nights

We were a group of friends staying at Pep’s place for four nights. The house is beautiful, spacious and very comfortable. The kitchen and bbq area is well equipped. The rooms are all very nice with large comfy beds and air conditioning. Overall we had a great stay and would recommend.

Perfect if you come with family

We look forward to coming back!

The pool and terrace are the centre of all the activities, the barbecue is perfect for a quiet evening. The bedrooms are great and we loved that some had en suite bathrooms. Also, having a private garage and space for bicycles was ideal for our excursions around the area. .... We will definitely be back next year 😊

The nicest beaches around

The house is great! Big kitchen, big bedrooms all equipped with air conditioning and that's really important! very well located in the the village, it's the best place to star visiting on foot Pollensa, and to go the the beach , 8min by car to themarina/beaches. I definitely recommend the house :-)

Stunning!!

I can highly recommend this property to anyone wanting a convenient base in which to explore the area from. Excellent set up for cycling which is what we were there to do. The accommodation is stunning with all the amenities you could wish for and finished to a very high standard. I didn’t want to leave.

What a superb property, 8 of us stayed all cyclist friends. Everything is finished to a very high standard. Small pool but perfect for a cool down after a cycle. Perfect location literally 1 minute from lovely restaurants and bars. Thanks Pep & Maggie.

Excellent location, great villa

We have stayed in this villa twice this summer, with friends and with family. Cannot fault it. Everything works, the owners respond to requests quickly, the location is brilliant, 2 min walk to the square. Things to be aware of; there isn't much room around the pool (it's a townhouse), we had 9 each time and just enough room around the table outside to eat; one of the en-suites is tiny, but functional enough; there are hairdryers in each bathroom and vanity mirrors; fully equipped kitchen with a small number of dishwasher tablets provided. I would recommend this villa very highly.

We back again!

Amazing accommodation. The place was brilliant for my young family. Each room had it's own A/C. The outside area very nice, with a perfect size pool for two small ones. The area is lovely. Very narrow streets (beware if driving), and too manya mazing restaurants to count. 10 mins drive from Porta Pollenca and the beach (10 Euros in Taxi), but Pep was very good to highlight some other lovely beaches. Everything is communicated via WhatsApp which is perfect for location and using with Maps. Nice touch! Would definitely go back again.

Great property

This is a really well finished and equipped property. It is spacious and fantastically located. If you have more than one car then parking on the edges of town is free and only a short walk. Cycling facilities; bike room, tools and clothing storage is an excellent addition. We were in October and the small pool which would be refreshing in summer was just a bit too cold for us. That didn't detract from a fantastic stay. Highly recommended !

Best place for holidays

Beautiful town house in the centre of pollenca. You can walk from the house easily to a huge choice of restaurants and bars. The hosts were super helpful and were available to answer any questions we had. They also provided us with a great list ofplaces to visit. Our only warning would be driving in the old town of pollenca. Although the property does have parking in a garage, getting to it involves navigating some VERY narrow streets. Our advice would be to park for free in the main town carpark, which is only a 10 min walk to the property.

We loved staying at the Butxaca townhouse! We stayed 10 days. The house is just like the pictures and was spacious enough for 10 of us (4 adults 6 children). The home is very well equipped with all you need to be very comfortable and feel right athome. Magdalena was very kind, communicative and helpful. The location is amazing, just a few steps away from two small squares both of which offered cafes, restaurants and shops. If you stay here make sure to get coffee at Cafe Calvarí and dinner at Bar Alhambra! This part of Pollensa is absolutely a great place to stay and make base to explore the rest of Mallorca. I would definitely recommend this place and have no complaints.

Love this place

5 stars really does not do justice to Pepthe property Pep was everything a good host should be and more. The magnificently restored house is close to all the amenities of the lovely old town of Pollensa. The pool is small ( and not that warm inlate October) but would be great to cool off in in warmer weather. The 6 bedrooms are all spacious and 3 shower rooms (two en-suite) worked OK. Decent kitchen and BBQ and a large dining room with a huge pine table. Amazing bike garage with tools and bike bath ! Grandchildren, parents and grandparents all loved it.

Expensive for what you get

Location in town center is great and the villa looks beautiful, but we found it much too expensive for what you get: A tiny coffeemachine that takes ages to produce coffee, no basics such as salt, pepper, oil, too little tolietpaper, and one bedroom airco that was not working properly (with 40 degrees plus that was unbearable). For 1100 per week (!) one really expects all to be in perfect order which wasn't the case.

Perfect house for our holidays

Beautiful old, remodeled home in the heart of old town Pollensa, steps from Calvari steps and the town square. Great for groups however there isn’t a great group sitting area besides the dining room. Pool is very small but good for a cool down asit was very cold. Common areas are a little small for the number of bedrooms. Amenities were somewhat lacking i.e. toilet paper, kitchen towel, shower gel, hand soap, bin bags, although management did get back to us quickly with some replacements. Bring mosquito spray and beach/pool towels. Only one small garage space that is difficult to turn into with the small streets. Otherwise there is a free parking lot a 10 min walk away.

Dieses Haus eignete sich perfekt für unseren Familienurlaub. Der Pellet-Ofen hat für kuschelige Wärme gesorgt. Restaurants sind zu Fuß erreichbar in unmittelbarer Nähe. Den Italiener um die Ecke können wir sehr empfehlen.
