The place was very roomy with comfortable beds and the heat pump worked very well. The communications were a little off. I didn’t have the main gate code prior to checking in. And didn’t know where to dispose of garbage. Finally found some info toward the back side of the fridge.

We have stayed at Sea Oats many times. This was one of the best kept condos. It was clean and up to date. Communication with host was also great and very welcoming! We would stay again in a heart beat.

Loved this place!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was spacious and had everything we needed! Family of 3- plenty of room for us.Beds comfortable. Sea Oats was quiet and in the perfect location on the bay and just a short easy walk to the beach! Thank you for a super simple check in process and management was just a phone call away when I had a question.We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful relaxing stay

Great stay! Condo was clean & beds were comfortable. Beachy decor & new paint. Nice kitchen. Beach was right across the street! Very enjoyable!

Always great experience!

We have honeymooned here, my wife came her as a child, we've been here with our kids and now that our kids are gone we came back on our 29th Anniversary! The experience is wonderful! From the huge pools to the private beach access to the spacious rooms, all is superb!!

Vacation for a wedding

Cute condo. There was a tile that needed fixed in bathroom but other than that it was tidy and clean. It would be nice to maybe have starter coffee filters and salt/pepper packs so we wouldn’t have to buy but again, besides that we had everything we needed. Location was really nice. Grounds workers very friendly. I would recommend staying here.

Comfortable stay

Nice comfy rental. Wish there was a TV in the 2nd bedroom and then 2nd bathroom could use some updating The pool, proximity to beach and balcony were wonderful, just what we were looking for. The kitchen has very minimal supplies.

Beach Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay at Sea Oates. The condo was easy to access, clean, and well decorated. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We are a family of four with 2 teenagers (son and daughter). We loved the ease of access to the large pool and beach. We also enjoyed that it was less densely populated from other areas but very easy to get to the tourist areas. The beds were very comfortable as well. We would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyable

It was nice we enjoyed our trip. The only thing that really kinda sucked was that we couldn't get the TV's in the bedrooms to work and when we let the owner know he kinda scolded me for not letting them know as soon as we walked in. And told me I could call the cable company. It was Memorial weekend and the cable company didn't answer. Anyways we just used the living room TV. The washer and dryers was very loud and the dishwasher barely works. Overall it was nice and enjoyable.

I am glad that overall our condo was enjoyable However I'm sorry but I was not scolding you I just told you that MediaCom had to help if the TV's were not working properly and that the phone number was posted on the refrigerator. They have to help you connect back to the wifi or cable as they have to do something on their end. I know that these companies will put guests on hold if they are busy but you have to be patient. You never mentioned anything about the washer or dryer or dishwasher. I wish you had as I would have had it checked for you

Overall the condo and property were very nice. At first we could not figure out where to get into the individual condo. We were trying to use the access code on the storage unit door on the ground level, had no idea there was an exterior access door to enter into the building first. I would recommend including that in check-in instructions. We faced tv/internet issues the entire week we were there. The first night we could not access live tv. We reported it and a property management employee came the next day and set up the antenna for us, so we could get about 10 channels. Two days later the cable company showed up and was in the condo for over 2 hours and determined it was a wifi problem and located the router thrown in a drawer that wouldn't turn on. The next day the property manager came and contacted the internet company and was able to connect the router. We temporarily had internet for a couple hours and then the router stopped working again. I would also recommend making sure all utilities are in working order before each rental guest arrives. We found the condo to be very empty. Properties we have stayed in thru other rental companies have had items which previous guests have purchased and didn't fully use, left for other renters to use i.e. shampoo, conditioner, coffee, sunscreen, aloe, beach towels, kleenex, toilet paper, etc. We found that to be EXTREMELY helpful with previous rentals, but this condo had nothing! The Sea Oats private beach access was very nice.
