Beautiful terraced areas near the pool, kidney-shaped pool, outdoor shower, parking space for your car, roof terrace, dishwasher, washing machine, 4 air conditioners hot/cold in the living room and in all 3 bedrooms, electric radiators throughout the house, fireplace cassette for wood in the living room, 2 bathrooms, international SAT TV on the ground floor, WIFI, fully equipped fitted kitchen with dishwasher, etc. All beds are: 2 x 1,80 m.
Guest Access:
We will contact you approximately one week before your arrival to confirm your arrival time and the address of the house and send you the check-in form. On the day of arrival, we will meet you at the house at the agreed time to show you around.
The Neighborhood:
The villa is located in Els Poblets, in the Gironets area, in a south-west facing residential area, quiet and sunny. Only a few minutes walk to the beach of Els Poblets. Els Poblets has a very good infrastructure with numerous shopping facilities, doctors and various good restaurants. To Denia it is about 9 km and there is a bus connection. The nearest golf course would be in Oliva or La Sella.
Other Things to Note:
Bed linen and towels are included in the price. The use of the internet is free of charge. A daily electricity consumption of 17kWh is included in the rental price. Above this consumption will be charged at 0,30âŹ/kWh. In addition, a security deposit of 200 ⏠must be paid.
Optional services:
- x1 bed linen and x2 towels extra (large and small towel) at 20âŹ/person.
- x1 pool towel for 10 âŹ/person.
