Built in 1999, the villa is situated in a prime location with southwest orientation and abundant winter sun. Fully equipped, it features a glazed terrace for a winter garden or dining area, a bright living-dining room, two bedrooms, an en-suite bathroom, a bathroom with a tub, and a fitted kitchen. The exterior includes large natural stone terraces, a rectangular pool, an outdoor shower, a toilet, a built-in grill, and a garden with a pergola and lawn. The garage is available for use. The minimum age for making reservations is 30 years old. The ID of the contract holder will be requested for verification on the day of check-in.

Insulated, double walled, massive construction, aluminium windows, shutters, fly shutters, ceramic tiles throughout, gas central heating, fireplace for decoracion, fitted kitchen with dishwasher (for max. 2 people), toaster, Coffee mashine, water heater, Microwave, air conditioner in the livingroom with only cold mode, two air conditionings in both bedrooms with cold/warm mode, Sizes of the beds: one bed have two mattresses with 0,90m x 1,90m and the second room have two single beds with 0,90m x 1,90m, glazed naya, pergola in the garden, pool with lighting, outside shower hot/cold, outside toilet, BBQ, Sat-TV (only free "news" channels), automatic irrigation system, Internet/ WIFI isfree, etc.
Guest Access:
We will contact you approximately one week before your arrival to confirm your arrival time and the address of the house and send you the check-in form. On the day of arrival, we will meet you at the house at the agreed time to show you around.
The Neighborhood:
The villa lies in a very popular town called Els Poblets. The distance to the sea is only 600 m. All shopping possibilities are on one level and can easily be reached by bicycle. The distance to Denia is about 8 km. A bus connection to Denia is also available.
Other Things to Note:
Bed linen and towels are included in the price. The use of the internet is free of charge. A daily electricity consumption of 17kWh is included in the rental price. Above this consumption will be charged at 0,30âŹ/kWh. In addition, a security deposit of 200 ⏠must be paid.
Optional services:
- x1 bed linen and x2 towels extra (large and small towel) at 20âŹ/person.
- x1 pool towel for 10 âŹ/person.
