Holiday villa "De Lux" is a newly built villa near the beaches: Alba Chiara Beach, Hotel Belvedere Beach, and sandy beach of Bjeca, BJ 2023, in Medulin in a quiet and central location. The villa offers you a very nice ambience and exclusive facilities. You can walk to the beach in 5 minutes. In 10 minuter you can reach the harbor promenade (shopping), family park, restaurants and ice cream parlors. All beaches in Medulin can be used free of charge!
