The space

The 2-room apartment is located on the ground floor with access from the condominium road via 2 steps.
Inside the apartment the living and sleeping areas are divided by a staircase consisting of 4 steps.

LIVING ROOM
Equipped with a double sofa bed, it is designed to be practical, elegant and pleasant. Present is a 43" smart TV, unlimited consumer internet connection (great for Business Call and Smart Working).

KITCHEN
Practical, complete and elegant. All appliances are present: induction hob, hood, microwave, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker and kettle.
Also present are sets of pans and pots and pans, plates, glasses, cups, bottle openers, bowls, and kitchen cutlery.

BATHROOM.
Newly renovated bathroom is complete with toilet, bidet, sink and new shower. Washing machine present.

BEDROOM.
The bedroom consists of a double bed, closet with sliding doors, two bedside tables with respective abat-jour and TV.
Completes the room a small garden with access from the large French window present, set up with armchairs, small table and deck chairs.
