Summary:
The rental price must be paid by bank transfer. In addition to the displayed price, the following expenses are to pay in cash upon arrival:

- Booking fee 51 €
- Inscription fee 5 €/person
- Bed linen/towels 18 € / person / set (mandatory)
- Guarantee 200 € (will be refunded within 1 week after departure)

Between November - March the expenses for elcetricity, water and gas are to pay completely per consumption.

The Space:
Delightful holiday home (terraced house) with breathtaking sea views near Cabo de la Nao.
The house is located in a small residential complex with only a few neighbors in a very quiet location.

Very nice atmosphere with a captivating view.

The house is modernly equipped and has a living room, small kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, large balcony with sea views.

The second bedroom/bathroom has its own entrance and is located in the lower part of the house and can only be reached via an outside staircase. Therefore not suitable for families with small children.

The apartment is also suitable for the low season; Heated by an electric marble storage heater, electrical grill available, no pool.

The Neighborhood:
very quiet area with international neighborhood

Other Things to Note:
Families with children are preferred or couples over 25 years of age. No groups with singles.
