The island of Krk is the largest island in Croatia, and is full of attractions to which it takes only 5-15 minutes by car to all locations. The motorway and airport are also nearby. Krk town has beautiful old churches, old city walls, towers and the remains of the ancient Romans while the town of Vrbnik is known for its vineyards and excellent wines, Punat with the largest marina on the Adriatic and KoĆĄljun with the famous Franciscan monastery with a museum. BaĆĄka has one of the largest sandy beaches and an aquarium, Soline Bay has healthy mud and Biserujka cave. In all these places there are many restaurants where you can try fresh fish, wine and other specialties, take a trip with the fishing and tourist boats and swim with dolphins or take children to ride a submarine (the town of Krk).
This new luxury villa is located near the famous tourist town of Malinska on the island of Krk and all tourist facilities.
The spacious villa (210 m2) consists of a ground floor and a first floor. On the ground floor there is a living room with a sofa, a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, oven, coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, etc.), a bedroom and a bathroom with a shower.
On the first floor there are three bedrooms, each with a double bed, television and bathroom.
In the garden of the villa there is a swimming pool with deckchairs, a table with chairs and a covered barbecue.
Free parking and WI-FI are provided, and pets are welcome.
The villa is located near the town of Malinska, the distance from the restaurant is 2.8 km, the shop is 2 km, and the beach is 2.8 km.
