The detached holiday home was renovated in 2021 and is furnished in a modern and rustic style. The property is located in a residential area, in the town centre. Also due to its quiet location the domicile is popular. Available for your exclusive use: parasol, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture and courtyard. Fly screens on all windows.

BalatonszĂĄrszĂł. The holiday home is located on a 300 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow, flowers and shrubs, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 6 cars) is available on the property.

air conditioning. Facilities: baby cot, high chair, internet access (WLAN) and washing machine. TV reception takes place via electric wire, satellite.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with smoke detector.

All pools are available for exclusive use. Outdoor pool (usable from early June to end of August, 4 m x 8 m, depth 1,6 m).
