Mamma Pina, a XIX century farmhouse wonderfully restored by the owners (Serena and Luciano), is located in the countryside of Menfi, at about 6 kms from the renowned sandy beach of Portopalo, Blue Flag since 1999, the cleanest beach in Sicily.

Wonderful villa, elegant, stylish, bright.
The house stands on one level and has two double bedrooms (both en-suite with shower) and a loft with a single bed.
The spacious living area has a well equipped kitchen and a cozy living where is located a sofa-bed suitable for two person.
All the rooms are bright, bright, bright: the villa has seven windows all around!
The whole house is refined in detail, with the sandstone that decorates the walls, the terracotta flooring that provides warmth and the beautiful Sicilian majolica that livens up the entire property.
Please note, at the specific pleausre of the owners, that Mamma Pina's guests can use the seasonal open-air organic vegetable garden.

Bedrooms (3) and bathrooms (4): two double bedrooms both en-suite with shower; one single bed in the loft; one sofa-bed (suitable for two) in the living area; one bathroom in the living area; one bathroom with shower in the pool area.Note: electricity is included up to a consumption of 150 kWh per week. Beyond this limit, it will have a cost. On arrival, payment of the Tourist Tax, required by the Municipality of Menfi of €1.50 (per person) for up to 7 days, excluding children under 16 years of age, is required.


The exterior shows a spacious pool area, another bath with shower, the BBQ area, and many lovely corners with lounges, divans and with the amazing panorama of the Mediterranean sea.

The sea village of Portopalo itself is a very typical place with low houses and a tower of the XVI century.

Agrigento with its Unesco's temples is 60 km’s away: a valley of history and almond trees!
10 kms and here there are the Cave di Cusa (foto) a stone quarry misteriously abandoned in 409 B.C.
Here you can still see the rows of the columns destined to the Selinunte sacred temples!
