DESCRIPTION OF THE FACILITY AND SURROUNDINGS:

Exceptional flat located on the 2nd floor of a beautiful tenement house, on Mariensztat Street in Warsaw. The location is the very centre of the capital, close to the famous Krakowskie Przedmieście and the Old Town. The neighbourhood impresses with its atmospheric streets, tenement houses and unique atmosphere. The Royal Castle - the former seat of Polish rulers is 450 metres from the flat! This is a place that is definitely worth visiting during your visit to Warsaw. A walk around the area, will allow you to discover the numerous monuments and the history of this city. The nearest restaurant is called Bliss Restaurant and is only 150 metres from the flat. There is also the Mariensztat Coffee shop (60 m), where our guests will enjoy a cup of their favourite coffee. The location combines both the charm of living in the city centre and proximity to nature, thanks to numerous parks and squares. A unique location is on the roof of the University of Warsaw Library, 550 metres from the flat. It is a beautiful botanical garden, located on top of the building. Here you can stroll surrounded by unique plant species and enjoy an amazing view of Warsaw and the Vistula River flowing through it. In the vicinity of the flat there is a well-developed transport infrastructure, bus and tram stops. The metro station is located at a distance of 1.2 km. Reaching other parts of the capital will not be a problem, and the choice of public transport is very wide.
