Entering the property is quite streamlined.

Type in your 4-digit code for entry. Leaving is even easier - hit LOCK. No complicated apps or codes to remember.

Once inside, you have access to the entire property front to back. There are a few locked doors for storage that you will not have access to. Parking for 2-3 cars provided in the driveway. The garage is not available at this time.

Check-out is at 10 AM and check-in is at 3 PM. If you’d like a little extra time to relax, we’re happy to offer early check-in or late check-out — even half-day options when available. Just reach out for pricing.

Located on a main thoroughfare. La Grange road is a bustling street by day with car traffic. By night the street traffic calms down. The peacefulness of the wooded area is revealed. Nestled in a beautiful neighborhood steps from public transportation. Great restaurants a short walk or drive away.

La Grange Park is very walkable be it through the neighborhoods or through the wooded park. The METRA Train to Chicago is 1/2 mile away. You can be in Chicago in less than 25 minutes.

For everyone’s safety, we can’t accept third-party bookings.
The person who books must be staying at the home.

➡️ Day visitors are welcome in small numbers.
Overnight guests must match the number on the reservation.

➡️ We understand timing needs can come up.
That said, we’re unable to accommodate early check-in or late check-out requests made within 24 hours of arrival or departure.
If you have flexibility, feel free to ask. We’re happy to help when possible for a nominal fee.

➡️ Please note there is no overnight street parking due to a La Grange Park, IL ordinance.

➡️We are unable to provide refunds for booking cancellations outside of the cancellation window. We do not provide refunds due to inclement weather or natural disasters unless there is a mandatory evacuation. We do suggest that you obtain TRAVEL INSURANCE.
