Holiday flat Ely in Mezzegra on Lake Como
Welcome to the bright holiday flat Ely, a jewel in a modern house in Mezzegra, a popular holiday resort on Lake Como.
The charming flat is located at a fork between a quiet cobbled alley and a street. There is parking below on the street, from where you can walk up the alley and enter the property via the garden. The garden invites you to spend cosy moments outdoors with its lounge chairs and an inviting table.
External steps lead from the garden to the first floor, where the flat is located.
Once inside the flat, a fantastic panoramic balcony opens up in front of you, which is directly accessible from the living room. Here you can relax and let your gaze wander over the surrounding area while enjoying the fresh air of Lake Como.
The highlight of the flat awaits you one floor up. The roof terrace, which offers breathtaking views of the lake and the majestic mountains in all directions. Here you can take a seat in deckchairs and enjoy the magic of this unique landscape.
On entering the flat, you enter the rooms via the hallway on the mountain side. The living area opens onto the lake and is equipped with an open-plan kitchen, two cosy sofas, a dining table and a TV. If required, one of the sofas can be used as a sofa bed for two people to create additional space for guests.
On the mountain side of the flat is the modern bathroom, with two washbasins, a large shower, WC and bidet. Next to it is the comfortable double bedroom, which promises peace and relaxation after an eventful day on Lake Como.
The Ely holiday flat therefore offers an ideal combination of stylish design, comfort and functionality for an unforgettable stay on Lake Como.
The holiday flat is within walking distance of the small lakeside centre with piazza, bar and short lakeside promenade. There is also a small supermarket just down the road.
You can start the famous Greenway del Lago directly from the residence on foot or by mountain bike (hiking trail over approx. 10 km, mostly on paths above and partly on roads and lakeside paths through the villages of Colonno, Sala Comacina, Ossuccio, Lenno, Mezzegra, Tremezzo and Griante, following the old Via Regina).
The friendly owner family lives below the flat. The owners run a pizzeria in the village and are happy to invite you to a cosy pizza evening. However, we would like to ask our guests not to have loud parties on the roof terrace and to be considerate of the neighbours and quiet from 22:00 in the evening.
There are plenty of public car parking spaces for residents directly below the building.
E-car charging at the residence is not permitted. Nearest public e-car charging station approx. 2 km away
