The spacious flat is located in a quiet neighbourhood in an elevated position on the right side of the lake on a quiet neighbourhood street with no through traffic. You can hardly hear anything from the nearby main road or the railway. The house is 35 years old and has been constantly adapted to technical developments. The 4 œ room flat is generously proportioned and boasts a large terrace with views of Lake Lucerne and the mountain panorama.
The lakeside promenade is just a few minutes' walk away, allowing you to stroll towards the Swiss Museum of Transport or the city centre. Nearby is a public sunbathing lawn with the opportunity to swim in the lake. The site is also suitable for launching smaller boats or stand-up paddles. A tennis court with a public restaurant is also within walking distance. Within 10 minutes you have the choice between various restaurants at Gault Millau level or simple cuisine.
