This stunning villa is located in Bahceli.
The villa is located directly by the sea and has a large garden terrace and a roof terrace from which you have a wonderful view of the turquoise blue Mediterranean Sea. The villa has two floors. On the ground floor is the sun-drenched living room with an open-plan kitchen, a guest WC and a utility room, and on the upper floor are the two bedrooms with double beds and the main bathroom with shower. The villa is also equipped with everything you need for your daily needs. The complex has a large communal pool.
Bahceli is a small village near Esentepe and Kyrenia in Northern Cyprus. The region is known for its breathtaking landscapes, large beaches
and the mild climate that attracts tourists from all over the world. However, it is not only tourists who are enthusiastic about Bahceli, property investors also value the region highly.
Location and infrastructure:
Bahceli is only 32 km from the harbour town of Kyrenia and is therefore well connected. It is approx. 33 km from Ercan airport and approx. 75 km from Larnaca airport.
The village has a good infrastructure. Numerous shopping facilities, restaurants and bars are available. Medical care is also guaranteed.

In addition to the leisure facilities already mentioned, such as the various beach bays, Bahceli also offers other attractions.
