This inviting single-story space provides a comfortable and relaxing ambiance. Outside, you'll find a shared chlorine swimming pool and a barbecue area perfect for enjoying summer evenings with friends and family.
The interior is crafted for ultimate comfort and convenience. It includes a welcoming lounge area with a sofa and a table, ideal for relaxing after a day out. The space also features a television and an open gas kitchen, equipped with all the necessary utensils for easy meal preparation. A washing machine is available for added convenience. The area is completed by a double bed and a bathroom with a refreshing shower.
The studio is situated in Torrevieja, on the beautiful Costa Blanca, renowned for its sunny weather, golden sandy beaches, and diverse activities for all interests. Just 20 minutes away, you'll find Cabo Cervera Beach, perfect for swimming and sunbathing. The area also boasts several charming coves and protected natural landscapes.
Distances: The nearest beach, Playa Cabo Cervera, is 1.3 km away, while Alicante Airport is 40.6 km from the studio. VillamartĂn Golf Course is 16.2 km away. Torrevieja town center is 3 km from the property. The nearest train station is in Alicante, 46.7 km away, and the closest bus stop is just 100 meters from the studio. The ferry terminal in Alicante is 48.3 km away, and the Hospital QuirĂłnsalud Torrevieja is 1.6 km from the studio.
