Mamma Nunzia is a delightful villa adjacent to the beautiful Vendicari Nature Reserve, a unique archaeological-naturalistic paradise.
The house is immersed in a garden with tropical and Mediterranean plants, including the highly perfumed jasmine, of over 1000 square metres, and where there is also the elegant swimming pool area surrounded by a green lawn.
The house is on one level, facing the pool, and consists of two units: the main house (3 double bedrooms, living room, bathroom and kitchen) and the annexe (double bedroom, living room-kitchen, bathroom).
The exterior is enriched by several relaxation corners with loungers, lounges, rocking chairs, tables and a covered veranda.
There is also a wood-burning oven, a BBQ area, an outdoor shower and a vegetable garden for guests' use.
Inside, the house preserves some extraordinary artefacts of the Sicilian peasant civilisation that are mixed with late 19th century and modern furniture, making this villa absolutely unique.
500 metres from the house is the beautiful golden beach of Vendicari.
Mamma Nunzia is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable holiday, also enhanced by the helpfulness of Nunzia, the landlady.
