The holiday home (No.: VFT/GR/05098) with Andalusian character and flair is located on a hillside in a settlement. With around 340 days of sunshine a year, Almuñécar is one of the sunniest and warmest places in Europe.
The holiday home has 3 bedrooms with two double beds and two single beds, a bathroom with a bathtub and a kitchen that is equipped with a stove, a washing machine, a dishwasher and a microwave.
In addition to the three terraces and two balconies, the private pool, which is exclusively intended for guests, and the small tropical garden offer refreshment and relaxation in summer. In the quieter winter months, the holiday home is heated using electric fans.
The city, which can be reached on foot in 15 minutes, offers many opportunities for leisure activities. The nearest beach can also be reached in a few minutes (15 minutes) on foot.
With its picturesque old town, Almuñécaroffers a variety of shopping opportunities and a beautiful beach promenade with many cafes, restaurants and bars.
The hinterland is ideal for hiking and mountain biking. There are also a diving school and several boat rentals in Almuñécar. The Aquatropic Water Park, the Castillo de San Miguel and Loro Sexi Ornithological Parkthe bird park also offer lots of fun for children.
