Härlig 3 sovrum, 2 våningar. 7 sovplatser bekvämt; 2 dubbelrum och 1 sovrum med enkelsängar. En bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet är lätt anpassad att användas som dubbelsäng och ytterligare en enkelsäng kan läggas till sovrummet Om det behövs för att sova tio. Ett eller två par skulle också njuta av den här egenskapen eftersom alla rum är lättillgängliga. Luftkonditionering i alla sovrum och vardagsrum. Huset drar nytta av en stor delvis täckt terrass med ytterligare en vindskydd, gratis wifi i alla rum och en bilport som ger parkering för en bil. Njut av de gemensamma anläggningarna som finns tillgängliga på det tropiskt planterade området i komplexet: - pool, padeltennisbana, gym och småbarns lekplats. San Cristobal sandstrand, restauranger och barer ligger bara några minuters promenad nerför kullen och ett stort snabbköp ligger bara 2 minuter med bil (7 min promenad). En lokal buss i slutet av vägen tar dig till gamla stan. Härlig romantisk miljö för par och familjevänliga också. En fastighet att njuta av året runt.
Poolen är öppen från juni till 30 september.

Great house and host

Great house on a small quiet complex just a short walk from the beach and town. The house was clean and had all we need, we made great use of the balcony. Communication with Sara was excellent! Thank you.

Great location

We stayed at the house for one week with 3 adults and one child and it was perfect for us. The house was clean and well equipped with air conditioning that we found essential in the July temperatures. There is a terrace that offered some shade in the afternoons and evenings and a shared pool that we used every day. The house is located just a few minutes walk from the long busy beach and all the restaurants. Walk a little further (~15 mins) and you reach the old town with a good selection of shops and more restaurants. If you have a car then Granada and the Sierra Nevada National Park are both less than an hour away and well worth a visit. Thanks to Sara and Louis for meeting us on arrival, showing us around and being available during our stay.

Our second visit

We returned to the property as we enjoy Almunecar and this is within an easy walk of the seafront and only a bit further to the old town. Communication with Sara was excellent, the house had all we need, occasional aircon was a blessing and the kids couldn't survive without the wifi. So, very happy. Thank you

Great stay

House was very nice and well equipped. Good location for San Cristabol beach and restaurants. Sara was lovely, and extremely helpful. We will hopefully be looking to stay here again this summer!! Ronnie & Steve

A great place to have a family holiday

Everything was as described on the property overview. Conveniently located within walking distance to beach and restaurants but tucked away enough to be a peaceful retreat at the end of the day. An ample supply of beach towels was a great help and the pool was great.

Lovely, spacious house. Well equipped and clean.

We enjoyed our stay in the house. Great location for wandering down into town and nice views. Sara and Louis were very helpful. Our only disappointment was that the pool is not in service until June.

Great property and great location

Stayed for 6 nights and had a great time. Louis met us at the bus station, showed us to the property and where everything was. Property is as advertised, clean and well equipped. Only downside I can think of was the communal pool wasn't open for our whole stay, but only a short walk to the beach Location as mentioned is close to the beach and about 20 mins to the old town and about 10 mins to the supermarket. Bus station is a little further especially with bags, but there is a circular bus that picks up right outside then short walk to the apartment. Would recommend and hopefully be back again next year :)

The layout of the house is perfect for my family; my wife and I and our four children
as well as entertaining happily a second couple as there are facilities on each storey. The house flows very well as the main living area runs together onto the large terrace where I love to while away an hour or two before meandering through the tropical gardens to the pool.
