Gå utåt, hittar du ett exteriör vardagsrum med utekök som erbjuder en cabana och grill. Ett badrum ligger bekvämt utanför poolområdet. Njut av massor av utomhus lounge utrymme perfekt utsikt. Poolen är eventuellt uppvärmd. Utsikten och solnedgången från detta hem är några av de bästa i Florida Keys. Båtskyttar kommer att älska den här platsen, eftersom den erbjuder nära tillträde till antingen Mexikanska golfen eller Atlanten. Djuphavsbryggan rymmer upp till 30 båtar. Dockan erbjuder en fiskstädstation, vatten och el. Ägaren håller sin båt på hissen i hemmet och det är inte för hyresgästanvändning.

Bottenvåningen i hemmet har en underbar öppen planlösning med ett stort vardagsrum och lyxigt kök. Det finns också en matsal med ett underbart bord med plats för 8. Stora fönster från golv till tak och glidande glasdörrar uppvisar den fantastiska utsikten och ett stort dubbelrum på bottenvåningen.

Den andra nivån av hemmet erbjuder en stor master svit med privat badrum. Befälhavaren bad erbjuder hans och hennes fåfängligheter, stora badkar och stand-up dusch. Gå ut ur sovrummet, hittar du en balkong perfekt för avkoppling. Detta är bara platsen att varva ner med ett glas vin eller en bra bok. Det finns två andra sovrum king size-sängar och ett fjärde sovrum komplett med enkelsängar. Alla har angränsande badrum. Det finns också ett skrivbord i den breda korridoren. Hemmet erbjuder också gratis Wi-Fi, telefonservice och plattskärms-HDTV i alla sovrum och gemensamma utrymmen.

Absolutely Beautiful Home!

Couples Retreat 2024 couldn’t have been held at a better place. This home is gorgeous and there is tons of space to spread out! Mallory and Riley are wonderful and were super helpful after we ran into some spa challenges. Thank you for the delicious key lime pie too!!! We would absolutely return to The Vaca House!!!

Fantastic Family Vacation

Perfect location and great vacation!

2023 Family Vacation

Exceeded expectations

What can I say about this property that the pictures don't show. It is everything we hoped for and more. This property is a statement property. The check in process was a breeze. Mallory was available via text to answer any questions. There was PLENTY of space for our party of 9. Each bedroom had it's own full bath which was a bonus with such a large crowd. Plus a full pool bath and a powder room by the kitchen. All the cocktail glasses for margaritas, mimosas and wine. A beautiful wet bar in the main family room. Tons of space for keeping drinks cold, even the master bath had a mini fridge. Only suggestion I might add is some extra blankets in the closets (kids were cold after being in the sun all day). The kitchen was fully stocked with everything, including a GIANT pot for our final dinner where we cooked live lobster for the group. I will definitely be recommending this property to my friends. If you are hesitating, don't. You won't be disappointed.

Just Fantastic!!!

We had 3 couples stay and had a fabulous time for two weeks. The house, location, views, and deck area were all just perfect. The management company was also wonderful to work with. This home is very well taken care of and perfect if you want to relax with a spectacular view and I am sure just super if you are a boater/fisherman as well. Very highly recommended!

Marathon

The property is a custom built home, high quality and very beautiful with great location as well. Very well furnished. As one might expect there were a few glitches, ie some lights need to be replaced, ice machine adjusted, written instruction for operation of the pool and jacuzzi, the manager came by and directed us to which we had no further issues. I would encourage the management team if they do not , please have a check off list for each room for example the master bedroom's TV was none functional, which they responded and a new one will be required to be ordered. As well as some other operational items that could be directed at the time of visiting the home. Over all it is a wonderful place to stay and some of the inconviences could have been averted.

Garbage truck there before 6:30 AM Saturday and was charged $50 by Keys Ocean Vacation Rentals for a can of garbage that was left from cleaning out the refrigerator the morning of departure.

Very nice property

It is a beautiful property on the water with great access to the Atlantic ocean side of Marathon. With a few exceptions, everything was well maintained and clean. There were 8 people in our party and the house nicely accommodated all. The furnishing and appointments are top-notch and beautiful. Beds were comfortable, although some might find the front upstairs BR bed too soft. We were not thrilled with the rigid policy of a 9AM checkout on your day of departure. This did not allow us to enjoy our last morning of vacation. Also, the security lights around the house remained on all night and were very bright in the bedroom windows while sleeping. Other than that, a very good property. I would consider staying there again.

A Beautiful Stay
