Den nedre våningen i vårt strandhus har 3 sovrum 2 badrum 1 kök-vardagsrum, 1: a sovrum-1 Queen size-säng, 2: a sovrum -1 Queen size-säng, 3: e sovrum - 1 full storlek säng, 1 bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet rum. kök utrustat med diskmaskin, mikrovågsugn, spis, ugn. uteservering set, trädäck med solstolar, grön gräsmatta, tropisk utomhusdusch, 2 parkeringsplatser, gratis wifi. Bara steg till stranden, gångavstånd till kafé, shopping och butiker, barer och restauranger i närheten, Sunshine Park med basket, Skatepark, cykel till restauranger, barer, Jacksonville Beach Ocean Park med festivaler och levande musikevenemang.

This property is the best we've stayed at yet, proximity to the beach and the yard was excellent for us,especially our grandchildren, nothing blocking our access.The inrerior space was clean and comfortable. Outdoor space was awesome for relaxing and grilling our meals.

The property was handy to the beach, well located for amenities, and close to our extended family, who were staying within walking distance just down the beach.

Long family weekend

Great location

After a snag checking in, the rest of the stay was magical. The location is prime. I always stay right on the sand but I believe I prefer having a sand dune as a nature scape now. The backyard is amazing and being able to utilize the lower deck was perfect. There is public beach access on one side of the house but you really don’t notice because of the location. Loved our stay. Will be back.

Great beach house

We really enjoyed our stay. The property is right on the beach and couldn’t possibly be more convenient. It also has a great outdoor seating area…Our host was very nice and responds quickly to any questions you may have. I be would recommend to anyone!!

Great beach cottage

We had a blast, and the access to the beach really is as simple as it looks—you walk across the lawn and over the dune in the back. Lovely neighborhood with easy access to shopping and restaurants. But the place itself is very quiet. Owners were very responsive and check-in was a breeze.

We are a family of 3, renting out the downstairs apartment of our family beach home.
We live upstairs. Disclosure: you might hear us walking upstairs sometimes. We do have carpets throughout most of the upstairs but can't guaranty that you won't hear us. If there is an issue we are always interested in hearing about it, so please let us know. We want our guests to feel comfortable and spend a great time at the beach with their families.
