Amazing location

Great location, big, well-appointed kitchen, clean, comfortable, first rate all around. We spent every minute there on the enclosed balcony, with our coffee in the morning (before a long walk on the beach) & with a glass of wine in the evening. If only there were hooks in the bathrooms for towels & robes, it would be total perfection!

Beautiful place and fantastic location!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. The views were exactly what we wanted, the access to the beach is fantastic, and it’s quite upgraded - which was a nice touch. The AC works great! We love the enclosed patio and spent quite a few hours enjoying the weather from there. Jax beach is an underrated destination in my opinion, and we’d happily visit again.

This property had everything we needed. The view is breathtaking. Beach not crowded. Host was very communicative. Property very clean. Looks like they are going to paint outside of building. Will stay again. .

Anniversary Getaway

47th Anniversary Getaway

We wanted a place where we could relax and enjoy each other’s company with no distractions. Your condo was exactly what we hoped for! The temperature was a bit too cold for us to enjoy walks on the beach, but we certainly took advantage of the sounds and smells of the ocean by opening the sliding doors on the outside patio. We spent many hours there reading and ocean watching. Restaurants were very convenient and very reasonably priced. If we come back to Jacksonville again, this is a property we would certainly try to rent.

Would definitely stay here again, Dana was helpful and answered all of my questions ( only had a couple) everything was perfect. My daughter was able to come for a few hours to visit and she liked it as well. Hopefully it will be available the next time I’m down here!!

Great Staycation for my Mom!

I was looking to celebrate my mom's 85th birthday with her on the beach. This was a perfect place for her. The covered balcony and close access to the beach allowed her to enjoy the ocean. I would stay there again with her for her 86th!

Our place on the beach

My brother,sister and I wanted a place on the beach during the weekend of our nephew's wedding in the Jacksonville-St Augustine area. It fit the bill perfectly. The apartment was comfortably furnished and the balcony was perfect for sitting and watching and listening to the ocean, especiallty at sunrise!

Delightful ocean front condo

Rain was forecasted for almost every day, but at the beach we only had a couple quick showers. The beach was gorgeous! It was HOT but an umbrella and a breeze made it very comfortable. We loved the porch/balcony overlooking the ocean!

This is currently an 8, could be a 10, but isn't.

The entryway and doors are dingy? But, as the door opens the sight is delightful. The condo has been updated and is very attractive. It is located right on the beach with an unimpeded view of the ocean. The sliding doors to the deck and the second set that seals the deck from the weather are filthy and need maintenance. The beach furniture provided was very old and all but 1 chair and the only umbrella were broken or rusted shut. This is unacceptable as new chairs and a 2nd umbrella are not costly. Beach furniture in good repair is expected at a beach condo for as many people that you state can occupy the condo. In my case, 3 adults shared1 good chair and 2 broken chairs. The bed in the master bedroom is the most noisy bed I have ever been in. Don't know if it was the frame or mattress but it needs to be corrected. The kitchen is beautiful but the pots and pans provided (Teflon coated) were badly chipped and should not be used. Missing was some basics like a cheese shredder. I do not expect spices but salt and pepper in good order is expected. It seems the manager/owner relies on what renters leave behind to stock certain items. One bathroom does not have a hairdryer and the master had a broken hair dryer operating only on low. Unacceptable. The bathrooms themselves are very nice and the showers are good. Bring your own Roku stick, etc., has free Sling TV In the end, the condo would undoubtably be a 10 if the owner/manager were paying attention.

Great Condo Great Location Great Beach

The condo looks like it was recently renovated, it is very nice, clean and comfortable. The beach access was fantastic, we walked the beach everyday. The sunporch was awesome! The doors slid all the way back, allowing us to sit out there day or night. I would book again!
