Discover this charming 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment in the peaceful village of BenahavĂs. Located in the charming Silva Building, this property features a spacious terrace with stunning panoramic views of the mountains, perfect for enjoying the Andalusian climate. The apartment has a bright and cozy design with well-distributed spaces, ensuring comfort and functionality. Moreover, it is ideal for remote workers, as it is equipped with a desk and a monitor.
Enjoy the tranquility of the area while being just minutes from restaurants, shops, and outdoor activities.
Benahavis village is well situated for walking enthusiasts. Just an evening stroll around the village and through the gardens is a treat. For the more adventurous there are several walks down towards the river gorge area â these are on good paths and offer some fantastic views. If you google Benahavis river walk, you will find information on the famous local attraction for the daring and intrepid.
The resorts of Marbella and Puerto Banus are only short drives away and offer a multitude of beach, shopping, dining and entertainment options.
Its is also well situated for travel to other towns and attractions. The nearest beach resort is San Pedro de Alcantara. The beach is wide and sandy and very safe for families. A lot of Spanish people use the resort. It is an easy 15-minute drive from the apartment, and you can park free right on the beach front. There is several beachfront cafes and restaurants to suit a variety of tastes and budgets. The town of San Pedro is well worth a wander around and has plentiful bars, cafes and shops.
Estepona is around 30 minutes from the apartment and is worth visiting. The beach is fabulous here. Estepona is famous for its old town with a myriad of streets all festooned with vivid flowers.
