The house is fully equipped and very spacious, with plenty of outdoor space and beautiful unobstructed views of the mountains of the Gailtaler Alps!

In winter, several ski resorts in the immediate vicinity invite you to spend unforgettable days in the snow: the family-friendly Arnoldstein/Dreiländereck ski area with 15 kilometers of perfectly groomed slopes, the famous Nassfeld ski area - part of the Sun Ski World - with an impressive 110 kilometers of slopes and the Gerlitzen Alpe, which impresses with around 70 kilometers of slopes and fantastic panoramic views. All three ski resorts can be easily reached by car in just 15 to 30 minutes.

The Gailtal also shows its best side in the warmer months. Crystal-clear lakes such as the Ossiacher See, Pressegger See, Weißensee, Faaker See and Wörthersee invite you to swim, sunbathe and relax.
