Villa El Horreo Xabia (named in honor of my father, who built a miniature 'hórreo' typical of Asturias) is located in Panorama and features a step-free interior. The two-story property offers, on the ground floor, a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and two full bathrooms. Upstairs, you will find a bedroom with a full bathroom, balcony, and terrace, accessible only via an external staircase. The villa accommodates up to 6 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace, TV with Spanish and French channels, air conditioning in all rooms and the living room, washing machine, and beach/pool towels. A cot is also available. The villa offers a private pool (6x11x2 m), garden, open terrace, covered terrace, balcony, barbecue, and outdoor shower with hot water. A tennis court is a 15-minute walk away. The Granadella Natural Park is 700 m away, with hiking and mountain biking trails, as well as a viewpoint. The property has one covered parking space and several additional spots. A maximum of 2 pets is allowed. Smoking and events are not permitted. The host provides a welcome package with essentials such as coffee and juice. Two bicycles are provided. The property follows guidelines for proper waste separation, with information available on site, and features energy-saving lighting.
