Cosy old flat in a traditional Viennese townhouse built around 1903. The flat is on the 3rd floor and has a fully equipped kitchen, 2 separate bedrooms, a living room/bedroom and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. As is customary in the old Viennese town houses, the WC is located in a separate room.
In the large bedroom there is a double bed with a width of 1.80 metres, in the smaller bedroom there is a single bed and a bunk bed. This room is in a quiet location with a view of the inner courtyard. The living room has a dining table and a seating area, which can also be converted into a sofa bed.
Directly opposite the house is the underground (line U6) as well as a bakery and a supermarket, tram (lines 40, 41 and 42) and city bike station around the corner, nice restaurants within walking distance (burgers, Indian, Italian, cafés, Austrian home cooking, vegan, etc.), in 10 minutes in the old town or on the Danube Island.
Everything your heart desires can be found in the immediate vicinity:
From daily necessities (ATM, farmers' market, clothing, bookshop, florist, toys) to sightseeing and culture (Volksoper, Vienna's English Theatre, Palais Liechtenstein, Votivkirche) and health (pharmacy, general hospital, personal trainer, yoga studio).
An absolute highlight is the Kutschkermarkt, just a 5-minute walk away, whose market stalls offer fresh fruit and vegetables, flowers as well as cheese, fish and meat specialities from Monday to Saturday.
