H2O Bungalow Àr en charmig lakefront hem som sitter i en privat vik som delas av endast ett fÄtal andra hem, bort frÄn den livliga North Shore omrÄde av sjön.

Nyrenoverat och smakfullt inredda med en kÀnsla för roligt i solen! Huge övre dÀck med fantastisk utsikt. Sjö uteplats med sittplatser och propan brand Funktionen ger en perfekt inramning för en familj BBQ eller dansa hela natten!

BÄt slip och brygga och privat vik badplats. Du kan fiska direkt frÄn din egen brygga eller frÄn land.

Huset Àr lÀtt och ljus. Stort vardagsrum med öppen balk tak och bild fönster som kan skryta med vÄra vackra sjön och bergen. Tyck om ditt kaffe, eller ett glas vin bredvid den vÀrmande elektrisk spis. Det finns en 42 "platt-TV och DVD-spelare.

Köket har alla apparater, bestick och tallrikar som behövs för att förbereda lÀckra mÄltider. Spis, kylskÄp med ismaskin, mikrovÄgsugn, kaffebryggare, mixer, brödrost.

De fullt möblerade sovrum, bÄda med kabel-TV, Àr bekvÀma och mysiga.

We had a great time with our miniature doxies. The water was clear, we could actually see the bass not taking our bait, lol. Perfect for swimming too!

Cabin was awesome

Had a great time at the cabin had no issues the owner sue was very communicative and explained everything we need to know about the cabin . Kids had a blast fishing from the private dock . Overall just a great quiet little getaway spot.

Great Lake Weekend

Sue was responsive and informative. The house is super close to the campground to launch the boat and the dock was great to fish off. Great outdoor space to hang out and for our little dog and kids to run around.

Loved our mini vacation at Lake Tulloch

Great place to stay with family and friends and be on the water. We truly enjoyed our friends renting a home near us . It was great to do all water sports in the day and meet together in the evening to eat dinner and look at the amazing stars in the beautiful sky at night . Just truly enjoyed our stay! Thank you

The perfect lake getaway

We had a great experience and Sue is the perfect host. The house is perfect and was super clean when we arrived. The house is nestled away with crappy cove near the damn and provide the perfect place for relaxation on the water. Whether we were fishing, boating or enjoying the sunset from the deck, the vibe was perfect and super chill. I would visit this place over and over if I could and we'll certainly be back

Beautiful Lake Location

Our family of four had a wonderful vacation at the H20 Bungalow at Lake Tulloch. Sue (the host) was super friendly, responsive and helpful from Booking all through Check out. The house was clean and comfortable, with plenty of Kitchen utensils/dishes/pots&pans, as well as Bathroom and Bedroom linens/towels and supplies. We really enjoyed hanging out on the front deck looking out to the beautiful view of the lake. It was easy to launch our boat at the Ramp close by and very convenient to have a sturdy dock slip just steps away from the house to park our boat while at the house. Thank you again Sue, we would love to stay at your H20 Bungalow again someday!

Great trip

We had a lovely holiday weekend at the bungalow. It was great having our boat right in docked right in front of where we were staying. Sue was very helpful and responsive with any questions or concerns we had. We would definitely recommend the H2obungalow!!

Perfect for a fishing getaway

My friend and I rented this house for our yearly spring fishing trip, and it was perfect. We'll never stay anywhere else again as long as we're welcome back. It is a spacious property--inside and out--and the views are amazing. The dock is in great shape, and the location is perfect, close to the main launch ramp and fast water. Boat trailer parking was easy and it's right around the corner from the lake store for anything we forgot or for a hot meal. We spend our days fishing (the fishing was great! Tulloch never disappoints) and our evenings watching the view, cooking in the well equipped kitchen, and watching movies in the comfortable living room. The place had everything we needed. Now I'm looking for dates to take my wife and kids back, or maybe invite another couple to join us. It'll be perfect for either of those trips!

We are from the Modesto area and have spent numerous summers on Tulloch Lake. We were fortunate to have had the opportunity to purchase a waterfront home and found it to be so wonderful that we wanted to share it with others. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

Summers on South Shore are fun in the sun for all ages! Leave your boat parked at your own dock slip in the backyard. Watch the kids swim from in the private cove area from the deck of the house. BBQ and enjoy the amazing views. Spend your evenings sipping a cocktail lakeside on our beautiful patio with fire feature.
Fall & Winter stays are amazing! Quiet & serene, just the sounds of nature. Rainstorms on the lake are an experience to be treasured. Sunsets are vibrant colors of pinks and oranges, so beautiful! Relax and renew your spirit with a stay in the winter months. Sip wine, enjoy the electric fireplace, bask in the awe of the season, or spend a day fishing from your backyard, along the shoreline. Although water levels are lower in the winter, the lake is still accessible from our backyard.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

We like South Shore because of it's serenity in comparison to the busy traffic of North Shore. The campground and marina are just a quick boat ride, or short 5 minute drive from the house; allowing you to pickup supplies, hang out at their bar, or grab a burger.
And, being at South Shore is a much shorter drive when coming in from the central valley.
