En sällsynt möjlighet att semester på södra stranden av sjön Tulloch! Sommar roligt eller vinter lugn! En timme till skidåkning. (Vinter vattennivåerna är lägre än sommaren)

H2O Bungalow är en charmig lakefront hem som sitter i en privat vik som delas av endast ett fåtal andra hem, bort från den livliga North Shore område av sjön.

Nyrenoverat och smakfullt inredda med en känsla för roligt i solen! Huge övre däck med fantastisk utsikt. Sjö uteplats med sittplatser och propan brand Funktionen ger en perfekt inramning för en familj BBQ eller dansa hela natten!

Båt slip och brygga och privat vik badplats. Du kan fiska direkt från din egen brygga eller från land.

Huset är lätt och ljus. Stort vardagsrum med öppen balk tak och bild fönster som kan skryta med våra vackra sjön och bergen. Tyck om ditt kaffe, eller ett glas vin bredvid den värmande elektrisk spis. Det finns en 42 "platt-TV och DVD-spelare.

Köket har alla apparater, bestick och tallrikar som behövs för att förbereda läckra måltider. Spis, kylskåp med ismaskin, mikrovågsugn, kaffebryggare, mixer, brödrost.

De fullt möblerade sovrum, båda med kabel-TV, är bekväma och mysiga.

We had a great time with our miniature doxies. The water was clear, we could actually see the bass not taking our bait, lol. Perfect for swimming too!

Cabin was awesome

Had a great time at the cabin had no issues the owner sue was very communicative and explained everything we need to know about the cabin . Kids had a blast fishing from the private dock . Overall just a great quiet little getaway spot.

Great Lake Weekend

Sue was responsive and informative. The house is super close to the campground to launch the boat and the dock was great to fish off. Great outdoor space to hang out and for our little dog and kids to run around.

Loved our mini vacation at Lake Tulloch

Great place to stay with family and friends and be on the water. We truly enjoyed our friends renting a home near us . It was great to do all water sports in the day and meet together in the evening to eat dinner and look at the amazing stars in the beautiful sky at night . Just truly enjoyed our stay! Thank you

Fabulous quiet retreat

This cabin is perfect in every way. Stayed for a week for my birthday and couldn’t have asked for a better set up! Perfect deck, great water views and swimming in the cove was perfect. We will definitely be back! So relaxing! The house is charming and the perfect size for a vacation get away. Loved it!

Southshore Gem

We spent a thoroughly delightful week at the H2OBUNGALOW! This property really has everything we could want. It is clean and bright and conveniently located to launch your boat, have a bite, or grab some ice. There were dozens and dozens of little sunfish under the dock for our little grandson to catch and release, which was a wonderful highlight! We will be back!

Relaxing and oh so quaint!

This was a great weekend to be at Tulloch. No holiday traffic or crowding. Both neighboring houses were vacant this weekend, which made our stay even more relaxing. This house is so perfect we don't want to leave! The house is cozy with everything we need for the weekend and a great view of the lake. The deck is nice and large for comfortable sitting, space, and safety for the kids to play. If we could come to this house every weekend we absolutely would!

This place is perfect.

This place is wonderfully relaxing. Right on the water with lots of decks and patios and comfortable seating. There is a dedicated boat slip. They have everything you need in terms of kitchen supplies. The beds were extremely comfortable. We were there over the Veterans Day weekend, and it was very quiet and peaceful. I imagine there would be more activity in summer. We were there with our 11 and 15 year old sons and they enjoyed it too. There are plenty of board games and wifi. If you are looking to just relax and enjoy great views, this is the place.

Home away from home!

Comfy location! No worries of fast water crafts speeding by. Small, quiet and relaxing. Neighbors on both sides and all around were very welcoming. I was excited to find plenty of space to cook and store all of our food and belongings. We enjoyed our meals on the balcony over looking the beautiful scenery and the patio making s’mores over the fire pit. So much more to mention, overall this was a wonderful place for our family to stay and enjoy our time on the lake. I definitely can’t forget to mention Sue! She was absolutely amazing, our trip wouldn’t have been possible with out her! Thank you Sue! -The Baxter’s

The perfect lake getaway

We had a great experience and Sue is the perfect host. The house is perfect and was super clean when we arrived. The house is nestled away with crappy cove near the damn and provide the perfect place for relaxation on the water. Whether we were fishing, boating or enjoying the sunset from the deck, the vibe was perfect and super chill. I would visit this place over and over if I could and we'll certainly be back

We are from the Modesto area and have spent numerous summers on Tulloch Lake. We were fortunate to have had the opportunity to purchase a waterfront home and found it to be so wonderful that we wanted to share it with others. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

Varför värden valde detta boende

Summers on South Shore are fun in the sun for all ages! Leave your boat parked at your own dock slip in the backyard. Watch the kids swim from in the private cove area from the deck of the house. BBQ and enjoy the amazing views. Spend your evenings sipping a cocktail lakeside on our beautiful patio with fire feature.
Fall & Winter stays are amazing! Quiet & serene, just the sounds of nature. Rainstorms on the lake are an experience to be treasured. Sunsets are vibrant colors of pinks and oranges, so beautiful! Relax and renew your spirit with a stay in the winter months. Sip wine, enjoy the electric fireplace, bask in the awe of the season, or spend a day fishing from your backyard, along the shoreline. Although water levels are lower in the winter, the lake is still accessible from our backyard.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

We like South Shore because of it's serenity in comparison to the busy traffic of North Shore. The campground and marina are just a quick boat ride, or short 5 minute drive from the house; allowing you to pickup supplies, hang out at their bar, or grab a burger.
And, being at South Shore is a much shorter drive when coming in from the central valley.
