Apartment 'Birkethof - Studio' with Mountain View, Private Terrace and Wi-Fi

The studio is our smallest unit with approx. 37 sqm. It has a combined living room/bedroom, bathroom, hallway, separate kitchen and a terrace. Very suitable for couples with or without a small child.
The studio is modern and furnished to a high standard. Conveniences include underfloor heating, towel radiators and a bathtub in the bathroom, a separate entrance to the apartment and a private terrace, which can be accessed from the kitchen. Garden furniture is of course available for your use. We have also achieved 4-star standard according to DTV here. The kitchen equipment consists of a stove with 4 hotplates, oven, large refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and microwave. Look forward to your little break. The small apartment can be combined with the adjacent 2-room apartment "Teichblick", or the apartment "Gartenblick", also on the ground floor, which has 2 single rooms and is well suited for accompanying teenagers. You are also welcome to use the garden, where we also provide garden furniture and cushions. You can quickly reach the nearest beer garden by bike; a walk through the forest leads to Gasthof Zott in Mittelneufnach, for example. The same hiking trail then takes you back to the Birkethof.
Note for parents: There is an unfenced pond on the eastern edge of the property.
