Easy beach access

We loved the fact that the access boardwalk was short and close to the resort. Pool was also had quick and easy access.

We enjoyed our stay

Overall, it was a great stay. We liked the location and definitely enjoyed the view. The only thing we wish it was better is the parking space. The space was a bit tight for our minivan

We loved this condo

My family of 5 stayed at this condo and it was perfect. There was plenty of space for everyone and access to the beach was great. The condo is stocked with everything you need. The beds were very comfortable. Our family will definitely be back.

Had a great time perfect location to everything host took care of us when we called and said beach chairs were broke came over and replaced all of them only thing not perfect was living room furniture could have been more comfortable but they were ok we didn’t sit on them that often

Family Vacation

Location is perfect! Views are amazing! Communication with the owner Mrs Wendy was great. We arrived early and asked her if it was possible to go in early and she let us go inside, that was really awesome. Check in and out process was easy peasy. Overall a nice condo building.

PCB PERFECT

View is absolutely the best. Checkin process super easy. We loved being steps from the beach. It's also very walkable to restaurants and shopping. Mini golf and go carts across the street. We had a great experience and will definitely be back in the future.

Property was just like it was listed. Location was great. Easy access to things. Saw mostly families with children no college age kids partying. If I get to come back I choose this Property.

Appliances need updated

This is the second time we have stayed in this condo. We really like this resort. The location is great. The pool, boardwalk, and access to the beach is one of the best I have ever seen. If there is one thing I would say needs improvement Would be the appliances need updated. The TVs really need to be updated as well. There were some kitchen utensils that you would assume would be available that were not. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful, spacious condo in convenient location

We loved the decor and the cleanliness of this condo. We came on short notice and the owner was very accommodating. The condo is just as it is in pics, it’s just a very short drive to Pier Park and other local favorites. We loved seeing dolphins from the balcony. This was so spacious and my teen girls each loved having their own bathroom. I’d definitely recommend!

This condo was the best we have stayed in our last three visits down to Panama City Beach. My only regret we didn’t find this one first. The place was immaculate. I only wish we had a few beach towels for the pool. But we have souvenirs now. We will plan to go back. By the way the view and location was awesome ☀️☀️☀️

October at the Beach

First time back at the beach since Covid. We had an awesome time. The condo was perfect. Very nice décor, very comfortable bed. the balcony was great, we ate all meals outside and the view was spectacular. We like being up high and this was the 15th floor. Property manager was great with instructions. The only small inconvenience was the parking because of the garage design but this was not the condos fault. I liked the security guard at the garage entrance. We would definitely stay again and would highly recommend.

Married Couples Getaway

Had a great time with friends and would go back again! Wagon and chairs were awesome to have. The home looks even better in person. View is great, and you can walk to so many places. Parking is in garage and a little tight but to be expected in a condo. You have reserved parking so no competing for a space. The oven burners need to be replaced and barely got heat out of the large ones. Enjoyed breakfast on patio daily, it was amazing. We received a message that cleaning was going to be at 10 am instead of 11am which is what was in the agreement. Had seen this on another review so kept a lookout in case we received one. Told them we wanted to check out at agreed time and there were no issues. Glad we saw it the day before and not day of.

We loved the condo on the 15th floor overlooking the Gulf. Perfect! The condo was exactly as it was stated! Beds were good! Clean area! Safe area! Closer to everything! Loved walking on the beach to go to different beach bars and restaurants! Loved Sharky’s and Island Runaway! They made the best Bushwackers! We’d definitely go back!

Great location

Great location! Can walk right to the beach, or across the street to play mini golf, go carts, arcade, etc. My only complaint is that there were only 6 towels for us to use (6 guests) for the 5 days we were there, which meant they had to be washed and dried several times, and there was no detergent to use for laundry. Also, didn’t have enough glasses for all of us to use, but has plenty of coffee mugs! ALSO, no paper towels at all. So while the location and cleanliness are a 5, the inconvenience of towels, dishes, and basic cleaning supplies bring my overall rating to 4 stars. We had a great time while we were there though! And beach toys, wagon, and boogie boards, and cooler were there for us to use at the beach, which was very nice.
