Totally amazing!

Your home was so wonderful!!! We had such a great time. We had our grandchildren 4months-3 and 6--they totally loved it! The beds were extremely comfortable and we had such a great time using your kayaks and bikes! We had such a great time we didn't want to leave! Beach house

It is in a quiet gated neighborhood with a pool and work out room. Very close to the beach and downtown Bethany. Super convenient and lots of space to hang out in the house and sleep. We were very happy!

Beautiful community

Just returned from a 6 night stay at this Bethany Beach home. Firstly, the home itself and the gated community were beautiful. We always felt safe and comfortable. The house is as advertised. Nice balance of aesthetics and function. Close enough to downtown Bethany, the beach & food options but far enough away too. The only drawback was the proximity to Hwy 1 for noise. We unfortunately stayed during Bike Week in Ocean City without knowing and the constant stream of motorcycles was not pleasant. Not by any means the fault of the property or owner, just something to be aware of. Because we stayed after peak season the community was often sparsely occupied giving us a near private pool experience. We walked our 1 year old in the stroller around several times a day. All in all, our family very much enjoyed our stay.and would go back.

Comfortable Stay

This home is very warm and inviting. We settled in early, feeling secure and lacking for nothing; comfortable beds, plenty of kitchen supplies and ample room. Great gated quiet neighborhood, great house, great host, great location to many beaches and towns. The only negative is SR noise in the summer from 9am to 11pm. just stay up later or bring wax earplugs. You get used to it after a day or two.

Fun and Family Time

Beautiful location, private yet convenient to the beach, boardwalk and shops. Great distance from NJ to DE ,only a 4 hr drive making it easy for our entire family to be together. I would recommend this location for anyone who wants to enjoy friends or family vacation together. The host was always available and made the rental very easy.

Fabulous Girl’s weekend!

Second time staying at this house, spacious and beautiful, well equipped, love the huge dining table where we can all gather around! Very reasonable priced compared to other rentals. Owner Skip is very attentive, definitely recommended this property!

Beautiful home in a great location

This home does not disappoint! Planned a trip here with some old high school friends and had a great stay. Skip was very responsive throughout the booking peocess, as well as our stay. The house is in a beautiful development with quick access to all local spots.

Family Beach Vacay

Vacay with adult children and new granddaughter. Spacious home, nicely kept. Large decks for hanging out and grilling. Home was very well equipped...(only had to bring our sheets.) Community pool was delightful. Short drive to beach in downtown Bethany. Host was extremely responsive! Created wonderful memories!

Lovely, comfortable, spotless, well-stocked home made the week so pleasant, especially with rain 3 days. Dishes, silverware, glasses, cups, bowls, cookware were all plentiful, along with a well stocked spice cabinet. The coffee drinkers were happy to see a Keurig too. Nice decks and grill as well. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were nice too. The decorating is fun, lots to enjoy. Plenty of pillows and blankets to make yourself comfortable. We’ve stayed in Watermark before, the pool is great, fishing in the pond is fun for the fisherman in our family. The marsh and the dock are also fun. And it’s a really nice neighborhood for an evening walk.

Another perfect stay in Bethany Beach

I can’t say enough good things about Skip and the overall process and experience of renting from him! Family Beach Vacation

Our family had a wonderful time staying together at this luxurious home in North Bethany Beach! The home was beautiful and sparkling clean! We had just the right amount of rooms for our extended family of nine. This home is in an upscale and gated community with an easy location for a quick trip to downtown Bethany's restaurants, shops and beaches. We enjoyed the community infinity and baby pools too! Beautiful and comfortable home

Spent a very relaxed and comfortable Easter week with family and extended family. Kitchen was so well appointed, with abundant variety and seemingly new pans that it made us WANT to prepare meals instead of go out. House so spacious and every room so comfortably furnished we honestly didn’t care that most of the week was cold outside. Love love loved the family games provided which invited all 4 generations to play and created hours of laughter. Skip was a superhost in every way. Thank you for an unforgettable week with our teen children and grandparents!

Friendsgiving Girls Weekend

We had a wonderful weekend. The weather was fantastic and the space was perfect for 8 "queenagers". Skip, the owner, provided very clear and timely directions about the property and navigating the area. My group enjoyed the house so much that the only time we left the house was to buy a few things that we needed. The unseasonably warm weather allowed us to use the outside decks the entire time. Our only complaint was that we should have stayed longer than 3 nights. Thank you Skip and Kellie for providing such a comfortable space!
