This Majorcan finca with a beautifully landscaped garden area is located on the east coast near the fishing village of Porto Cristo, only a few minutes away from the numerous beaches of the Calas de Mallorca. From the finca you can also reach the village on foot with a stroll of about 4 km.
The house offers a spacious and beautiful Mediterranean garden with many shady spots where you can find plenty of relaxation and recreation in complete peace and enjoy a fabulous view of the surrounding countryside. The outdoor area with private pool of 9 mx 5 m (depth 0,80 m - 1,90 m) is beautifully integrated into the garden, just a few meters away from the house.
The house, which can accommodate 8 persons, offers approximately 280 mÂČ of living space on two floors, a living-dining room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, four spacious bedrooms ( 2x double bed, 2x single bed ) and a total of three bathrooms ( 1x ensuite bathroom ). Two bedrooms are on the upper floor. All bedrooms and the living room have their own air conditioning. Next to the pool there is also a covered terrace equipped with barbecue, sofas and dining table.
A large finca that offers incredible peace and quiet and where you will surely quickly feel at home! The nearest beaches, such as Cala Mandia, can be reached by car in about 5 minutes and many others in about 10 minutes.
