This sunny 2 bedroom flat (built approx. 1994) is situated in the beautiful and popular complex "Al Khalif II" in Dènia, only 5 minutes walking distance to the Lidl/Consum supermarkets. The flat is on the ground floor and from the terrace you have direct access to the Mediterranean garden and its large communal pool. The flat has a living room, a newly fitted kitchen with fridge, toaster, filter coffee machine, dishwasher, etc. It has 2 bedrooms (both with ceiling fans) and an interior bathroom with bathtub. The whole flat has central air conditioning hot/cold. There is also a private storage room with washing machine and dryer. The covered terrace offers space for table and chairs, also with ceiling fan. There is a parking space for your car, the parking spaces are not numbered and you can park freely.

Very quietly situated community complex in Arabian style in Denia, 2 km from the kilometre-long sandy beach, restaurants and supermarkets such as Lidl/Consum are in the immediate vicinity. The centre of Denia is approx. 1 km away. In Denia you will find many shops, promenades, restaurants, a large cultural, sports and leisure offer. Ferry connections to Mallorca and Ibiza are also available in Denia. The golf courses in La Sella are about 10 minutes away by car. The airports of Alicante and Valencia are about 1 hour's drive away.
Other Things to Note:
Bed linen and towels are included in the price. The use of the internet is free of charge. A daily electricity consumption of 10kWh is included in the rental price. Above this consumption will be charged at 0,30€/kWh. In addition, a security deposit of 200 € must be paid.
