House with stunning views in the foothills of the Sueve, equipped and complete, located in a protected area, in a beautiful place with incredible views of the Picos de Europa and within walking distance of the sea. Just 6km from Arriondas (about 15 minutes by car) where you will find all the stores and activities to enjoy Asturias.
The house is located in a protected area. Its location and the proximity to the sea (30 minutes by car) make it more attractive. It is possible to install a tent.
It can accommodate up to 5 people and has a private pool. It is an ideal house for families or groups of friends. Pets are allowed.
It has 3 bedrooms with the possibility of adding extra beds on request, 3 bathrooms, kitchen equipped with all kinds of utensils, 2 porches, wood stoves, 4 televisions, hammocks, swimming pool, barbecue and parking.
In the adjoining and accessible farm, there are domestic animals: lambs and sheep...
Guests will be alone in the house during their stay. The closest neighbors are local people, friendly and hospitable.
