House AmalĂa with its three apartments (GardenApt, Beletage, Penthouse) is centrally located in a quiet side street, close to the historic AmalĂa Square. The Penthouse terraces offer views of garden, sea and mountains. Grocery stores are just around the corner. As are cafes, port restaurants, shops and the pier for a stroll. Several beaches, including our personal favourite âKochili Beachâ, are within walking distance.

Kitchen with induction and gas hob, fridge-freezer, oven, dishwasher. Living area with dining table, sofa, Swedish stove, TV, air conditioning. Bedroom 1 with double bed 160x200, ensuite bathroom with bath. Bedroom 2 with double bed 160x200, on suite north facing terrace. Second bathroom with shower. Both bedrooms have mosquito nets and air conditioning. Both bathrooms have underfloor / towel heating, WC/bidet and a window. Washing machine.
