House Amalía with its three apartments (GardenApt, Beletage, Penthouse) is centrally located in a quiet side street, close to the historic Amalía Square. The Beletage terrace offers views of the garden and a tad of the sea. Grocery stores are just around the corner. As are cafes, port restaurants, shops and the pier for a stroll. Several beaches, including our personal favourite ‚Kochili Beach‘, are within walking distance.

Living area with dining table, sofa, Swedish stove, TV, air conditioning. Bedroom 1 with double bed 160x200, ensuite bathroom with shower. Bedroom 2 with double bed 160x200, on suite north facing French balcony . Second bathroom with bath. Both bedrooms have mosquito nets and air conditioning. Both bathrooms have underfloor / towel heating, WC/bidet and a window. Washing machine.
