Great place to stay!

Easy check in and check out! Friendly staff! Our unit was really nice….clean and furnished with everything you need! Great location. Pool area was big enough for a big crowd and lots of seating. Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again!

Perfect!

This condo was exactly as pictured and beautifully decorated. There was a nice big kitchen with every thing you could possibly need. (We made an entire Thanksgiving dinner!) The bedroom’s were so nice and everything was brand new and clean. The view was spectacular! The service and was perfect from booking thru checkout. I will be renting this unit again for a great stay. Absolutely perfect!perfect

Condo Review

Very clean, well furnished. The only need was maybe more towels but certainly not a deal breaker. Beautiful views from balcony both ways down the beach. The Phoenix VII is a well kept very clean, facility. Lobby is nice and kept very clean as well. Would definitely recommend and would return 😊

Great Condo!

Great condo! Very cozy and spacious. Only issue was that there was no water pressure in one of the bathroom showers so 6 people had to use 1 bathroom.

Great property!

Property was very clean and nicely outfitted. Beds were really comfortable. Linens were nice and towels were soft and fluffy. Nice appliances and furniture in the unit. Nice furniture on the balcony and a beautiful view! The pool area was great. It was a wonderful place for a getaway! We hope to return to the same unit next year!

We booked this condo for our family vacation and could not be happier. The condo is in an ideal location for Orange Beach. Everyone at the resort was as pleasent as could be. The condo is the sweetest, most perfect place. We cooked breakfast every morning and all the appliances worked perfectly. The pool was a great alternative when we were "done" with the sand at the beach. We look forward to re-booking and staying here again. THANK YOU!!

Beautiful and Relaxing

This condo was perfect for our family. It had everything we needed and very roomy, but the best seat in the house was the comfy table and chair set on the balcony! With that amazing view!! I do recommend upgrading the tv’s to smart tv’s for future reference, Would be nice for the kids have! We love the ice cream place across the street, the grocery store is right down the street, along with one of our fave beach stores, this condo is in a fantastic location, felt like home! We will definitely be back!

Our first visit

This is our first time ever visiting Alabama beaches. We were very hesitant as we have always stayed at the same exact place in Florida. We had an absolutely amazing time! The condo was just the right size for our family of 4+ my parents. The view was absolutely stunning. The entire building seems to be kept up really well and seemed very clean. I do feel like more instruction could have been given on how to check in where the check-in desk is located as it is a bit hidden and the people checking in should give you directions on how to get to your room as we just kind of had to find it ourselves. Within the condo, my only two “complaints” would be that the majority of the electrical plugs did not work or or so loose that whatever you plugged in it would just fall back out and the secondary toilet got clogged up very easily. my only recommendation for the building as a whole would be to improve their elevators so that they are all working and work a bit more quickly. Even though there were four elevators, you almost always had to wait several minutes before being able to get an elevator. My critiques are so minor, and our overall trip was absolutely amazing and we cannot wait to go back. I would 100% book this condo again!

Disappointed

This is our first time staying at the Phoenex. We usually stay at Perdido Key(actually past 8 years or so). But due the hurricane damage last year, we had to find another option. For the price, it was very disappointing. The furniture was dirty. The bedding was not nice. The beds were very uncomfortable. The bathroom faucets barely work. You can’t even turn them. They must be from the 1960s. No joke!! The front desk staff was not helpful or understanding. The crowds were unreal, and the ELEVATOR SITUATION WAS A NIGHTMARE. We felt like we stayed on the elevator more than anywhere. And we were on the 8th floor, imagine being on the 15th. Help us!!!!!!! I would rather stay home than ever stay in this condo. We spend a lot of money to come to the beach every year and with the conditions of this place, I would have thought half the price would have been more reasonable. We love the beach but we sure didn’t love this location!! I am very truthful with my surveys, and I would never give one like this unless it was really bad.
