Very clean, neat condo. Bedrooms have plenty of sleeping space and beds are very comfortable. Living space is great with nice views of the ocean. Easy access to beach, pool, playground and great location to restaurants, etc. Unfortunately, we missed the 3-day concert due to weather but there was still plenty to do. Owners are easy to work with, pleasant, overall great experience! Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful place to stay with easy beach access. Was very clean and the host was very friendly and helpful. The unit has a great ocean view. Would highly recommend staying here and we would stay again if in the area.

My family and I loved our stay here. The home is beautiful and set up perfectly. The location is a huge plus as well. I would highly recommend staying here if you plan on visiting OC. We will definitely be booking here again when we come back to OC!!!

Perfect off boardwalk stay

Great location for beach access, mostly quiet area, great for adults and kids at the same time. Very large home, well kept and very clean. Plenty of space for cooking and lounging. As long as you can climb two sets of stairs, you found a winner!

We loved our stay! The only negative is the unit is at the top of a 3 story building. We used my car to store our beach things which was conveniently parked right at the bottom of the steps (2 assigned spots). We loved the individual AC units in each bedroom; white noise and personalized control. The unit was clean, kitchen well stocked and plenty of places within walking distance (food lion, the green turtle, playa bowls and pizza). We traveled with two young kids and they had a pack and play and high chair which helped minimize the packing. Neta & davey reached out prior to check in and were very nice and helpful answering any questions. We got a third parking spot for 60 from the fountainhead and had no issues finding a spot.Thanks for a great week!

Wonderful Place and Stay

We really enjoyed our stay here. The place was very clean and well organized. It fit our family of six perfectly. The owner is very nice and communicates directly with you on information and any questions or concerns you may have. We will definitely be staying here again for our family beach trip to OCMD!

Perfect Getaway

This location perfectly fit our needs! The property was clean, spacious, and accessible to amenities and bus line. The information provided by the hosts was detailed and included Ocean City To-dos, which was appreciated. Beach and pool was perfect and the view was wonderful. Quiet mornings on the deck watching the sunrise was a favorite of our group. We look forward to staying again!

Beautiful condo. Well maintained. Looks brand new. Even as an indirect oceanfront designation the unit has great ocean views from big windows in the living room and from both front and rear decks. Owner is very accessible and answers any questions immediately.

Perfect Family Unit

The unit was clean which is very important. The kitchen had more than enough dishes, pots, glasses, etc for family use. The unit was large enough not to feel cramped with kids running around. So close to the beach. Overall a perfect stay!!!

Pictures posted on line are exactly what you get with this unit!! Everything is beautiful and well maintained and updates are modern. Would highly recommend and will hopefully return next year!! Oh, almost forgot, Netta and Davey are super to work with.

home away from home

we highly recommend this unit, it is larger than the photos appear, my grandson loved running up and down the hall, all the rooms are very nicely sized, had have tons of closet space. From the large deck you have beach views and sunset views. It has a well stocked kitchen and cleaning supplies in both kitchen and bathrooms if needed. Great appliances including washer and dryer. The owner met us on the first day and is a lovely lady showing us around the apartment and was always quick to answer any question we had. i can be very picky about places i stay but this one i cant say anything negative about

We had a great time at OCMD. This condo was everything that we hoped for. Kitchen was fully stocked and well kept.Very quiet, beach was very crowded the last few days because of the July 4th Holiday.Owners were easy to work with and kept us posted on when our condo was ready. We highly recommend this condo.

Wonderful stay!

What a wonderful property! The condo was clean, so well equipped with more than we ever expected, easy walk to the beach, included 8 pool passes for a great outdoor pool, close to food stores, pharmacy, ice cream, candy store, restaurants, everything! And most of all, the property owners/family were so friendly, kind and accommodating. We had a lovely stay and would go back in a heartbeat!

place was very clean and updated. walking distance to the beach. Has an open floor plan and bedrooms were very roomy and bed very comfortable, will definitely return next year. Host was great and very responsive.

Felt like being at my own home.

Absolutely the best VRBO experience I've had. The hosts Neta and Davey Warren were the wonderful to work with. Their unit had everything anyone would need including all the small things often looked over by other properties that I've stayed at. Wonderful location with great views. Extra extra clean. It was truly like being in my own home. Great job on providing such a fantastic experience for me and my family. 100% will book again.

Best secret on the beach

I can’t praise this place enough! So comfortable and perfect! So easy to stay here and never want to leave! Equipped with everything you’d need and a view that is mesmerizing! We will remember all the memories made here for a long time!!!

Fantastic!

As I have been going to Ocean City close to 18 years this was by far the best place I ever rented. The owners are terrific easy to contact and to make your stay extremely comfortable. There is an excellent view of the ocean as well as the bay on both of the decks. We will definitely be renting this place again. It is 100% fantastic!!!

Girls Trip 2020

This was a great location for our GIRLS TRIP. The condo was a perfect, there was every amenity that we needed. The beach is a short walk away....the bedrooms were nicely decorated and very clean. The kitchen was like being at home😊, the living and dining rooms were a good size for us to all be together when needed. There was no need to contact the owner because they shared all of the information that we needed to know about the unit prior to our arrival. We would definitely return for another stay....🏡
