Great house in perfect location

This property is located in the ideal location for an amazing family vacation. We had two families staying together, with plenty of room to spread out. Being just a few blocks from the Seaside Square was ideal for everyone - especially the teens who could ride their bikes around Watercolor and Seaside. Communication with management was great - with everything we needed conveniently at the home. I highly recommend this property to groups that want to enjoy the best of the Gulf Coast and 30A.

Spacious and everything anyone would need for a vacation at the beach. Really just bringing your clothes is enough - toys, boggie board, chairs are all there. Great place!!! Kitchen is totally equipped!!

Large and beautiful

The house was everything we were looking for. Very large and roomy and it accommodates 11 people with room for more! Location was perfect I couldn’t ask for a more perfect place to stay! The house is so well stocked with kitchen supplies I felt as if I were at home! Plenty of bicycles and beach supplies! We will definitely stay here again

Great stay in Watercolor!

This is a great house! Perfectly arranged for two families. Everyone had their own space and the common areas are wonderful for large gatherings. Everything worked well, the location is ideal, and the management responded quickly. We hope to stay again when we head back to 30A.

Overall stay was very nice The shower in the front downstairs bedroom was left unclean as there was hair in the area for soap The hair was fine cut and a good bit was left there There was a bowl in the kitchen cabinets that was really dirty with food still stuck all in it The home was nice and the space was great for our families We would consider renting this home again

This property was perfect for our vacation. The shower was amazing. The rooms and porches were adorable- very well maintained and comfortable. The check in instructions were very thorough and appreciated. It was a bit crowded in Seaside this time, but will definitely opt to stay at this property again.

Amazing and Awesome!

This home was amazing and awesome! We were able to walk to the beach, ride bicycles, spend time with the family, go to the amazing BIG pool with two slides (the grandchildren LOVED this pool), and play baseball in an open field three houses down! In the evening, the open living room/kitchen/dining room combo allowed all of us to hang out and relax! Perfect house for a big family!

Beautiful Inviting Home in Great Location

Our family of seven spent Christmas in WaterColor and thoroughly enjoyed our time in this house. The five bedrooms with two masters and another bedroom with a King bed meant that we had plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. The kitchen/dining room with two living areas was also ideal. The house is just steps from the bike and walking trails around Western Lake. In fact the sitting area behind the house makes you feel apart of the beauty before you leave the property. There are also several porches that beg for you to sit and rock! This house is a short walk to the beach and Seaside. We have been to WaterColor several times and this was one of our favorite locations since it is near the lake, beach and Seaside....and the Candy Bar!

Jamie has an incredible house close to Bud and Alleys, the beach and anywhere you need to be in Santa Rosa. She was also very high touch and accommodating when typical owners aren't. I highly recommend staying and working with her. We will be returning and this will be our first destination to check on. TP

Overdue for a visit

We first stayed as last minute guests and it exceeded our expectations; so, we recently booked another stay. This exquisite home has well appointed kitchen and living spaces that are perfectly equipped for entertaining friends or relaxing with family. We really enjoyed porch at this home too. The included bikes are a great bonus! You can easily walk to the beach, shopping, pool, restaurants. We have been vacationing in the area for over 20 years and love it. We look forward to visiting again!

Love this place!

This house was the perfect space for our family. We had eight adults, and had plenty of room to spread out. The house is equipped with everything you could possibly need for a stay at Watercolor. It's also in easy walking distance to the resort, the beach, and even Seaside. I give this my highest recommendation!

Home away from Home

The house was perfect for entertaining and sleeping arrangements. The house was supplied with everything we needed, plenty of dishes, glasses, pots and pans, etc. We had 3 families in the Home and still had plenty of room for privacy and entertaining. Excellent location for walking to the shops, restaurants and the beach. We would recommend this home as this worked out well for our Son's wedding.

The location is outstanding. Sugar white sandy beaches and crystal clear ocean water. Watercolor is a beautiful resort and we are on the lake, 2 blocks from the beach, 150' from Seaside, 4 houses down from the amphitheater and park on a large private lot.
