We're so happy you were able to relax, Thomas. We understand that the construction was a bit of a diversion, but we're relieved you had a wonderful time anyway. We love that you enjoyed those beautiful views and the bliss of being being right on the beach! We're delighted you'd stay here again and look forward to your next visit!

Randy, we aren't sure what transpired on the forefront of the beach and umbrella rental scenario. We know that the beach chair service is under Sandestin Beach Rentals, so we aren't sure about the extra charges. We are glad that you otherwise had a really great beach getaway. We hope you enjoyed the Emerald Coast and the surrounding area!

Thank you for your feedback! We're glad you enjoyed the clean property, convenient beach access, and great pool. We apologize for the shower handle issue but are pleased it was addressed promptly. We appreciate your understanding and hope to host you again!

Thank you for your positive feedback! We're glad the condo exceeded your expectations and that you enjoyed the views! We look forward to hosting you again in the near future.

Abby, thanks for the great feedback. Unfortunately, the resort is updating the pool and it has been closed for several months. We have this on all descriptions for units in the building so that guests know this up front. We apologize that amenity was not available to you, but are glad the weather made it so you could enjoy the beach! We look forward to hosting you again and thanks for choosing us as your vacation rental partner.

Thank you for your feedback. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the lack of communication on code changes. We'll take your comments on board to ensure better transparency and updates moving forward.

Jamie, thanks for the review and feedback. Our company manages the unit and we hope you loved 4212 as much as we do! We are, unfortunately, not responsible for the association schedules and construction as those are the responsibility of the resort association. We do understand the frustration and hope that you could have a wonderful beach vacation during your time here.
