Great Beach Stay

Great location with a very short walk to the beach. Also direct access to a bike/walk trail that connect to the Hollywood boardwalk. Super close to the FLL airport and freeways to get around the greater Miami area. House comfortably fit three families with 5 total teens\early 20s.

Amazing stay

We stayed with our family over Thanksgiving holiday. The management was super helpful. Easy to get a hold of, house was immaculate. Beds were super comfortable. We had everything we needed for our stay. The location near the beach was amazing.

Nice Place

This is a perfect place for a family gathering. The unit has large clean rooms and nice bathrooms. The kitchen area is well suited for gathering, however you will need to bring all your necessities to cook a large meal. Beach and broadwalk access are very convenient

Perfect location and house!

Sometimes it’s hard to find that perfect place on Vrbo, but this is definitely it! Literally steps to the beach! Everything was really clean and the beds were very comfortable. The host was very attentive and responsive. If I could give us more than five stars, I would!

Plenty of room

We rented this property as a group of 4 couples. Lots of space and great location to the beach. Loved being able to walk or bike to more action but staying on the quieter side. Property was very clean.

Family Get Away

It was a beautiful property, worked out well. There was 8 of us and still and extra room left. We BBQ'd at the property and was also in walking distance to the beach. Close to the boardwalk. Close to Miami and Palm Beaches - worked out perfect for us (as well as close to the airport).

Great location and amazing property

This home is extremely comfortable and a perfect size for large groups! High end finishes and the kitchen is well stocked for eating in. We absolutely loved the roof top patio and also took advantage of the beach set up. All was perfect and we were well taken care of! Thank you for everything as it was a perfect start to our cruise departing nearby port Everglades.

Great location and property. Block and one half to beach. Walking path to get to Boardwalk with restaurants. Property nice and pretty well stocked, could use a few more basics. Low on toilet paper and trash bags, but a great place.

We had a wonderful 4 day holiday weekend with my mother, sisters, our kids and their spouses. This villa was ideal for this special occasion. Race Weekend

The house was very spacious and kitchen well stocked. Communication prompt and friendly. Villa is in a nice neighborhood close to the beach and is very quiet. Chains were rusted on bikes, so we were not able to use them. Tiki Tiki was a nice restaurant that was in walking distance.

Nothing really to complain about. This is one of the nicer properties I've stayed at. Unfortunately the beaches were covered with sea weed and we could not swim much. It was a nice and quiet neighborhood and the neighbors were really nice and friendly.

Beautiful house steps from the beach!

This is a very modern and well-appointed/designed house. The kitchen/main area is especially nice with updated appliances and a great dining area that can handle 10 people easily. Communication with management was great...she was very responsive to a couple minor issues that we had (garage door stopped working and the grill propane was out). It was awesome that they had beach chairs and bikes available, even though a couple of the bikes had issues (loose chain/low tire pressure). Definitely recommend this property!

The property was more beautiful in person. All the beds were comfortable. The kitchen and terrace were our favorite. The owner was kind and responsive. (FYI if you can't work the stove, you have to reset it because it locks as a safety feature. Just press the lock for 15 seconds and then the middle power button. LOL)

Very nice home

This home was perfect for me and my group of friends. It was 3 stories but there was an elevator inside which made it less cumbersome to bring our luggage back and fourth. The home shows just as beautifully in person as it does in the pictures. The host is also very responsive. My only complaint was that there were no extra blankets, there was a pull out couch that we used and we had to go to a nearby Walmart to get bedding. Other than that, I highly recommend!

Wonderful beach house!

Plenty of space for two families. Equipped with most everything one would need at the beach. Loved that beach chairs and sand toys were provided. Although, a beach umbrella would be great too. The beach cruiser bikes were great but our 8 year old could not reach the pedals on any bikes so maybe having one child sized bike available would be helpful for future guests with younger children or a chariot for younger ones to ride in or use for purchases made on the Broadwalk. The rooftop deck was amazing and loved that towels were provided and unit was equipped with washer dryer. I would definitely stay again.

Great beach family vacation spot

Very clean, so close to the beach, Jimbo's is close, good food and a good time. The house is spacious, modern, very nice. Everything you would need to cook and live is provided. There are great beach chairs for all in very good condition. The rooftop deck is a wonderful outdoor space. There are 7 bikes but 4 of them need to be serviced. There are perfect. Negatives: the wifi is very slow, there are no screens in the windows to be able to enjoy beautiful weather, having no garage door opener was inconvenient, and there is only Jimbo's within walking distance. This isn't necessarily a negative but you should know that all bathroom towels are white. you have to be super careful with them.

Amazing!

I stayed at the Villa for a 4 day weekend with a group of close friends to celebrate my 50th birthday. We had a fantastic time! The house has 5 bedrooms with 4 full baths which was perfect for me and 7 friends. It was clean and smelled fantastic. We just loved all the upgrades in the kitchen and bathrooms. The rooftop was our favorite nightly hangout after our evening activities. The only thing it needed was a hot tub! There were over 8 beach chairs (Tommy Bahama!) and 7 bikes. The house is literally just steps away from the beach which was quiet and peaceful. The garage was empty except for the chairs and bikes so I was able to park my car in it. The house also has an elevator which made it so easy to take up our bags and groceries. We spent 2 evenings at Jimbo's Sandbar which was only a block away. Great food and a fun staff! We had the best time and cannot wait to do it again!!
