Great Time with Gals

This was an awesome spot for a group of ladies hanging out for the weekend. The rooftop was gorgeous and we realized on the last day that its so easy to walk down to the main strip of the boardwalk! Would definitely recommend.

Great location and amazing property

This home is extremely comfortable and a perfect size for large groups! High end finishes and the kitchen is well stocked for eating in. We absolutely loved the roof top patio and also took advantage of the beach set up. All was perfect and we were well taken care of! Thank you for everything as it was a perfect start to our cruise departing nearby port Everglades.

Whole family holiday

We had a wonderful 4 day holiday weekend with my mother, sisters, our kids and their spouses. This villa was ideal for this special occasion. The property was more beautiful in person. All the beds were comfortable. The kitchen and terrace were our favorite. The owner was kind and responsive. (FYI if you can't work the stove, you have to reset it because it locks as a safety feature. Just press the lock for 15 seconds and then the middle power button. LOL)

Very nice home

This home was perfect for me and my group of friends. It was 3 stories but there was an elevator inside which made it less cumbersome to bring our luggage back and fourth. The home shows just as beautifully in person as it does in the pictures. The host is also very responsive. My only complaint was that there were no extra blankets, there was a pull out couch that we used and we had to go to a nearby Walmart to get bedding. Other than that, I highly recommend!

Great beach family vacation spot

Very clean, so close to the beach, Jimbo's is close, good food and a good time. The house is spacious, modern, very nice. Everything you would need to cook and live is provided. There are great beach chairs for all in very good condition. The rooftop deck is a wonderful outdoor space. There are 7 bikes but 4 of them need to be serviced. There are perfect. Negatives: the wifi is very slow, there are no screens in the windows to be able to enjoy beautiful weather, having no garage door opener was inconvenient, and there is only Jimbo's within walking distance. This isn't necessarily a negative but you should know that all bathroom towels are white. you have to be super careful with them.

Great Beach Stay

Great location with a very short walk to the beach. Also direct access to a bike/walk trail that connect to the Hollywood boardwalk. Super close to the FLL airport and freeways to get around the greater Miami area. House comfortably fit three families with 5 total teens\early 20s.

Amazing stay

We stayed with our family over Thanksgiving holiday. The management was super helpful. Easy to get a hold of, house was immaculate. Beds were super comfortable. We had everything we needed for our stay. The location near the beach was amazing.

Great getaway

The place is perfect for multi-family trips . I traveled with elderly family members and the elevator was excellent . The beach was amazing the weekend I stayed, very private beach entry that allows you to enjoy the beach without the crowds . The place was equipped with cookware and towels . Thank you

Major issues

This property is decent but has major issues The property is in a decent neighborhood but the beach it is close to is not great. Limited physical square footage of beach. The house itself was overall relatively clean but the trash cans outside had not been emptied in a while and were overflowing with maggots and smelt terrible. When we arrived the fire alarms were going off and went off for aprx 2 hours as we waited for someone from the property to arrive and after waiting for 2 hours we had to call the fire department. Once the fire department came and took off most of the fire alarms we were still plagued by 2 remaining alarms that kept beeping during our stay. The microwave didn’t work for half of the trip. The grill didn’t work at all. We had to call and ask for more paper towels(only provided 1 roll for 8 people for 4 days). The cable didn’t work at all so the only way to watch tv is to log into your own streaming account. All of the bicycles are old and a little rusty looking but two of them didn’t work and 1 of those my husband got on and the brakes didn’t work. Thankfully he figured it out before he went too fast and caused an injury. My family definitely would never return to the property.

Perfect location and house!

Sometimes it’s hard to find that perfect place on Vrbo, but this is definitely it! Literally steps to the beach! Everything was really clean and the beds were very comfortable. The host was very attentive and responsive. If I could give us more than five stars, I would!

Race Weekend

The house was very spacious and kitchen well stocked. Communication prompt and friendly. Villa is in a nice neighborhood close to the beach and is very quiet. Chains were rusted on bikes, so we were not able to use them. Tiki Tiki was a nice restaurant that was in walking distance.

Family Get Away

It was a beautiful property, worked out well. There was 8 of us and still and extra room left. We BBQ'd at the property and was also in walking distance to the beach. Close to the boardwalk. Close to Miami and Palm Beaches - worked out perfect for us (as well as close to the airport).

Beach Gulfstream trip

Great location and property. Block and one half to beach. Walking path to get to Boardwalk with restaurants. Property nice and pretty well stocked, could use a few more basics. Low on toilet paper and trash bags, but a great place.

This is a perfect place for a family gathering. The unit has large clean rooms and nice bathrooms. The kitchen area is well suited for gathering, however you will need to bring all your necessities to cook a large meal. Beach and broadwalk access are very convenient

Disappointed

The floor plan for this property was perfect for my family. My disappointment developed when I discovered an hour before my arrival that the dishwasher was not working. According to the host, the dishwasher stopped working after the last guests’ visit. The dishwasher not working may not seem like a significant concern for some, but for me, it was substantial. I’m a veteran educator who has spent the last two and half years navigating through some of the most challenging times of my career, so I needed this family vacation. Hand washing dishes for a family of eight for five days seemed cruel. The host apologized for the inconvenience but could not offer any solutions; instead, I was informed the dishwasher would be replaced after my visit. Also, to my surprise, the rooftop grill was not working. That was also a bummer. After not getting a resolution from the property host, I reached out to Vrbo, which was a total waste of time. After being placed on hold for almost three hours, I was told that Vrbo didn’t own the property and there was nothing that Vrbo could do to rectify the situation. My family and I had been looking forward to this trip For six months.
