Our visitors appreciate the relaxed atmosphere of our home. Depending on your preferences, you can find peace and solitude, as well as lively entertainment or a sporting balance.
The Space:
The "Dream" holiday apartment has been completely renovated and refurbished in recent months.
It is located on the lower floor of the house. The lovingly furnished living room invites you to relax with an LED TV, Wi-Fi, a cozy armchair, natural wood furniture, and many accessories.
The fully equipped kitchen, with a coffee machine, complete set of dishes, and many other extras, makes cooking on vacation a joy.
The accommodation has one bedroom. The newly renovated bathroom is equipped with a large (barrier-free) shower and WC.
One parking space is available directly in the yard in front of the house.
All leisure activities and attractions are within easy reach, allowing you to plan spontaneously. We are happy to offer tips for leisure activities and cultural highlights.

The beautiful and cozy "Dream" holiday apartment stands out due to its ideal central location. (800m to the beach / 1km to the center of WarnemĂŒnde)
Whether you're looking for excitement or relaxation, there's something for everyone here.
Around our house, you will find fascinating and enjoyable leisure activities. The picturesque landscape and culture invite you to explore extensively and take day trips. Tourist destinations and attractions are easily accessible from our house thanks to clear transport connections.

Bed linen and towels are not included in the price of your stay. If required, you can book linen packages directly with us up to 5 days before your arrival. Please note that it is not possible to book linen if you book less than 5 days before your arrival date.
A baby crib and high chair can be added for âŹ25.
