The villa features a private well-equipped kitchen, centralized air conditioning and heating, Wi-Fi, washing machine, and a baby bed for families traveling with infants. This recently renovated residence combines historic charm with modern comfort through elegant furnishings and premium details that tell stories of past eras.

The property offers 3 shared parking spaces on-site for your convenience. Events are not allowed on the property. Due to the villa's location and the area's topography, there is a main road in front of the villa and a railway behind it, which may cause some disturbance for particularly sensitive guests. From June 15, 2025 to September 15, 2025, the railway will be closed, eliminating any related noise during this period.
