Ett hem där HJÄRTAT vistelser !!! Charmig 100 år gamla Butlerhouse Andelslägenhet. Denna historiska byggnad har endast 9 bostäder och sitter direkt på dynerna i Pass-a-Grille. Ovanligt luftiga och ljusa hörn med egen ingång. Speciella funktioner inkluderar privat markis-veranda, modern öppen väl utrustat kök w / gashäll, högt i tak, hjärta furugolv, storm / vind resistenta fönster / dörrar, Grecian badkar samt separat duschkabin, Sautilla Kakel i kök och bad, gott om garderober och takfläktar, central A / C, vackert inredda och vackert inredda, ny front på plats loading elektronisk tvätt, täckt pelargång och barbque grillar, hängmatta, gård, sanddyner, prästkragar, sand, surf och solnedgångar .. A Slice of Heaven

We passed two weeks at the historic Butler House in Pass-a-Grille The Butler House, a charming turn of the century building that has been transformed in condos. Just steps from the beach, the unit decorated with an eclectic mix of antiques was like stepping back in time. Our host Joan was just marvelous!! She was very attentive to any requests that we had and is a delight. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking to relax and unwind!! Not to be missed

Awesome Beachfront

Joan is awesome and the property is a cool older cottage style bungalow that is as close as you can get to the beach. Very friendly and easy process.

Decompressing from rat race

Our flight was delayed 5 hours. Joan still greeted us at midnight. She was extremely helpful our first day to get our bearings. The location is 200 steps to the water. We spent almost 10 hours each day enjoying the sunshine and easy surf for a purely relaxing time. We ate breakfast and dinner outside and watched beautiful sunsets. Wish we could have spent longer in paradise. Looking forward to coming back in the fall.

Butler House Vacation

Being our 4th stay in Pass-A-Grille, we thought we’d try something a little different off of the busiest part of the beach to something a little more private. It was so peaceful every day with nobody on top of you at the beach. Joan is the owner and, wow, what a sweetheart! And, she is on sight for any needs and she will even check in on you because she actually cares and is hands on. Bed was super comfy and the A/C rocks! Love, love, loved our stay and will definitely be back! Tony and Crystal

This place was perfect for us , perfect size,Loved the decor , very eclectic , beautiful Art work., very homey ,, super comfy bed .super clean and equipped with everything . Just feet from the beach Very private beach , we were the only ones on the beach , We had vacation homes on both sides with their own space on the beach Joan was the perfect host, greeted us , and gave us a huge hug to say goodbye New friend 🌺😊

A Piece of Paradise

Amazing spot on Pass a Grille Bch. Small, multi-unit property with everything you need. You are in a residential neighborhood, that is quiet & peaceful with the beach just steps away. Beach chairs & umbrella provided. The beach feels like your own personal beach, as the touristy parts are north and south of the property. This was a much nicer & more intimate experience than a hotel room on the beach and Joan is a wonderful host. We are definitely coming back!

The stuff of memories

We had 2 wonderful weeks in this beautiful part of the world, a stone's throw from the stunning pass-a-grille beach. Quiet and peaceful location but also close enough to walk to restaurants/bars each evening. Joan was a great host and happy to help, in any way she could.

Perfect beach getaway

Butler House is a terrific spot for a getaway: on a private beach in a good, accessible area. Joan is a charming owner. Her place is extremely well-stocked from kitchen items to supplies to beach equipment. Her decor is very seaside and features works by local artists. We celebrated our 38th anniversary here, and it was restful, pleasant (nice front porch), and close to excellent restaurants and museums.

Beach getaway

If you love a relaxing and timeless environment, this honest review and clear criteria should help: Uniquely charming and historical condo in an upscale neighborhood, check. Peace and quiet inside and outside, double check. Beach access, triple check. Caring landlord, quadruple check! Joan, this was stay number 5 for our small family at Butlerhouse and we cherish the memories we have created there over the years. This lovely place has felt like a home to us from day one. I've been blessed to live in Pass-a-Grille, in the Butlerhouse amid a ten block residential area of lovely homes and relatively private beachfront. I moved here from NYC many years ago. I work out of my home across the hall from this guest condo in a predominantly owner-occupied residential building. This is a blessed place, romantic, fun, restoring. Pass-a-Grille is a village community, a finger of land only one block wide, surrounded by the Intracoastal and the Gulf of Mexico...., a haven from which you can explore the beautiful Gulf Coast of Florida and enjoy myriad venues, visit theme parks, villages, shopping, museums, galleries, theatre, orchestra, sports, cafes along Tampa Bay and parks, recreation...and the most beautiful beach in the world. It's a mix of village and luxury, artists and attorneys, a unique community, a place that's very hard to leave. I can tell you.....I finally came to visit in 1982 and essentially, I never left..

This property sits on the dunes amid a ten block section of relatively private beachfront in a historic residential beach community. It is still a secret, perched on the beachfront just 9 blocks south of the historic Don Cesar Hotel, but a half mile from the Bayway and direct access to I-275. Besides enjoying a lively historic community with our own main street Pass-a-Grille, one can go to dinner and a concert in Clearwater, Tampa, or Sarasota and be home by midnight. Explore the beautiful communities and beaches and river cafes along the Gulf coast of Florida.
