Super comfy / super location!

Spacious, spotless unit with great views of St Pete Beach. Very comfy bed, pillows, towels. Bountiful ice maker in kitchen that had everything you need. Nice Pool area with easy access to air conditioned changing rooms with kitchen. Perfect location near restaurants and bike rental. Hope to stay here again soon!

Even thou the sun didnt cooperate for a few days there's plenty to do only a few miles away St Johns pass was great and plenty of good food too

This property is in the perfect location situated on the beach and within walking distance to restaurants. It’s clean, well kept and very comfortable. The home owners are the best!

Well designed Condo with Great View

Excellent in all ways....five stars....just two recommendations, maybe a more firm matress (with more stable frame) and a Keurig (we really missed ours!)

Highly recommend, clean beautiful accommodations. Walking distance to several eateries and bars.

Property well maintained. And room 503 is beautiful, with a great view of St Petes Beach. This was our 1st time here and we will be sure to come back. Found a great hole in the wall eatery ( Willys ) that I would recommend to anyone walking distance from room. If you are looking for a great place to stay this is it.

We absolutely loved the condo it was very quiet, the beach was beautiful ,and everything that we needed was there for us. We definitely would come back it was the most wonderful Christmas to get away from our crazy busy life.

The Most Relaxing Vacation!

As soon as we stepped inside 503, we knew this was going to be an amazing trip. The views were spectacular. The beach was wonderful. There were so many places for us to easily walk to. Everyone that we met there was friendly and made us feel welcome. I would definitely stay here again, it was that great!

1-Week Getaway

The location and accessibility were perfect. If you want to walk to restaurants and coffee shops this location is ideal. The condo is nice, but needs updated. Our view of the beach was nice. The condo management staff were very friendly. St. Pete Beach is a great location!

Great location and Great Condo

Condo was clean and had everything you need for your stay! I love this location in St Pete Beach, you are so close to so many restaurants and bars. The condo and building are kept clean and the people who work there are very kind! We loved the pool, grill, games and areas to lay out. Defiantly recommend!

Birthday Trip

My husband & I celebrated my birthday while we were at The Caprice on St. Pete Beach. Sitting on the balcony, morning walks on the beach & enjoying the sunsets were the highlights of our trip. We ate my Birthday dinner at The Buoy down the street & it was excellent. The ladies at The Bronze Lady in John’s Pass helped us pick out my special gift. Thanks to Leanne at The Caprice for delivering my surprise to our condo. It was a great Birthday trip!

Loved the condo. Everything was clean and very comfortable. We had enough towels, etc. and the extra blanket came in handy. Also had chairs and umbrellas. Umbrellas were in bad shape and end up buying one but left it for the next guest.

Nice place

First time to St Pete’s Beach. Unit was ok. Needs to be updated. Bathroom is outdated with a show curtain that kept falling. Vanity was dirty. We did rebook for next year but at a different unit.

Unit 503

We loved this unit. Location and view were great. The only feedback I would offer is the obnoxious exhaust fan in the bathroom. Needs its own switch or to be replaced. The tiled floor could use a good stripping/cleaning. Your feet turn black from walking on it. Again, these aren’t complaints, just suggestions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would rent this unit again.

Needs some repairs.

The condo is nice. The view is beautiful. We encountered a broken screen door so we were unable to have the door open as a crow was always flying around. The dishwasher was also broken so we had to hand wash all our dishes. We did report the problems but they where not fixed before we left. Also, the all the washing machines and dryers were always busy not to mention that the change machine was not working on several days.

Great stay!

Had a great stay! Condo accommodated the two of us very well. Would have been very tight if 4 people were staying there, though. Great location, near many bars/restaurants. Condo was stocked with everything we needed. Pool very nice. The area was a bit congested with traffic and there was a lot of roadwork, so it took some time to go just a few miles. Several large groceries stores nearby which was helpful. We played golf at several nearby courses. Next time we will do our research, as many courses were closed for scheduled maintenance before the summer months. Would be a great property to stay at especially if you are not leaving each day like we did to go play golf. Will definitely stay here again and maybe try and coordinate with property company should we bring additional family members who can stay in other on-property condos. Couldn’t have asked for better weather!!!
